We had a sump pump continuously running but the problem wasn't witht eh float. Bob came out on a Saturday, replaced the pump quickly while I had family in from iut of town and was very friendly and professional. He explained everything clearly and made sure we knew our options. Best of all he recommended a pump that was slightly cheaper than another option because it fit our needs better. I appreciate the honesty. If we have plumbimg issues in the future we will use Bob and Titan without hesitation.

I have used Titan Plumbing on two occasions--and both times, have had very positive experiences. My most recent experience--today's--involved both the replacement of a water heater and a toilet repair.

Titan Plumbing and Drain Service replaced a hot water heater for me on December 27th 2016. They were very helpful from the woman who took my initial call to the guys that actually installed the heater. They had someone out within 1/2 hour to assess the situation and completed the job the next day.They called to let me know they had secured the parts and then to let me know they were on their way. Bob [redacted] was the installer along with his coworker Mike. Both were great to deal with and Bob explained what needed to be done and gave me an accurate quote. They completed the job ahead of schedule and did not leave any mess behind. I would recommend Titan and would use them again.

I have used Titan Plumbing 3 times in the last 2 years. Each time has been awesome. They come on time. Work cleanly and efficiently and do an outstanding job. The workers are friendly and conscientious. They take time to explain anything I might not understand so that I have thorough knowledge of why something is being done the way they are doing it. I recommend Titan to anyone who would need a plumber. I am pleased with all of my repairs and will definitely use them for any future needs.

Our ejection pit pump failed leaving water and raw sewage on the floor. We called Titan and they had a plumber in the vicinity who responded within thirty minutes. Bobbie explained our options for a replacement pump and quickly completed the job. He was couteous and efficient and also was sensitive to the cleanup that remained to be done when he finished the pump replacement.

John was prompt, friendly and very competent. He covered all the options and was fair and upfront about costs.

We had a burst washer hose that flooded our washing room and basement. He fixed it quite handily and in a professional manner.

He tagged the Main, gas valves and was thorough on his write up of the problem he solved.

On Friday, January 15th I found myself in need of a plumber for what I thought was a failed sump pump. There was a large puddle of water accumulating in the corner of my basement. After a little bit of online research at the Revdex.com website I made the decision to call Titan Plumbing. The office woman who I scheduled the appointment with was very pleasant to deal with and had a plumber out to me that afternoon. My problem turned out to be a failed ejection pump and not a sump pump. After the plumber figured out what was going on, he explained it to me and proposed solutions for replacement. Although he had several ejection pump choices to choose from, we both agreed that their standard pump would work just fine. He had everything he needed to do the work with him and in a little over two hours the work was completed and when he was done he cleaned up the area very nicely. Fortunately, I have had very little need for servicemen to perform work in my house. I was amazed with the all around professionalism I experienced with Titan. If the need ever arises again, I would gladly use this company.

I had 2 small gas leaks and [redacted] shut off my gas as a precaution. A handyman I trust said it was a big job due to the location of the leaks and I needed a plumber. Titan Plumbing had been recommended to me so I schedule an appointment for that day. Bob from Titan gave me an estimate and told me what needed to be done to repair the leaks. The next day Bob and Rick (?) came out with new pipes and repaired the leaks and even swept up after themselves. [redacted] checked for leaks, found none and turned back on my gas. [redacted] had trouble lighting my water heater and said I needed it repaired. I called Titan, they came out within 20 minutes and lit it with no problem. Bob said there was air in the line and [redacted] didn't let it bleed out enough. He didn't charge me to come out again. They were professional, courteous, polite to me and one another and cleaned up. Excellent service. If I need a plumber again, I will call Titan Plumbing.

Base on your recent service, I highly compliment your service representative, Pamela and technicians, Bob & Mike, for their courteous, friendly, and prompt service. Pamela was very understanding of my situation and most thorough arranging for a timely dispatch. Bob & Mike arrived on-time, completed the work most professionally, and did an excellent job explaining my pricing options on the front end. Titan Plumbing is most fortunate to have such dedicated employees on its team.

My Hot Water Tank started to slowly link and then began to pour out. Michelle at Titan did everything to make sure their guys were out ASAP. The Plumber , Bob, was extremely knowledgeable. was quick and did a great job. I will use them again in the future.

My review for Titan Plumbing is fantastic! I had a leak in my bathroom toilet and John came to repair it. He did an excellent and immaculate job. I then requested some other jobs if he had time (and this was on a Saturday), replace faucets in the sinks and bathtubs.
