Titan Revenue Solutions Reviews (46)

I
am rejecting this response because:
Titan
Revenue Solutions did not follow the Rosenthal Fair Deb Collections Practices -
where my formal request was made with in 30 days of the first notice to contest
the collections actions and debt.

Titan
Revenue Solutions has not provided the contract or proof of service provided AND
when formally contested.   Titan Revenue Solutions employees made false and
misleading statements that they had documentation to this effect when they phone
my home and discussed this collection action.

Titan
Revenue Solutions has not verified the debt or replied to several written
requesting for verification, however has implied and lead me to believe  they
will negative credit information will be reported.

My law firm uses Titan to collect on old debts. By the time I send an account to them, I have tried for months to collect myself. They have been very successful, and are easy to deal with. Excellent customer service! They respond to my e-mails in minutes, not days, and their invoices are always clear and easy to understand

Re: Complaint ID: [redacted]Hello,I received the response from Titan Revenue Services (attached). [redacted] from Titan initially told me on June 2, 2015 that simmering was mailed to me from them sometime last year via certified mail. He admitted it was never signed and also that it was sent to an erroneous address, however Titan decided to charge me regardless as well as add late charges to a bill never received by me.On June 22, 2015 I received a letter from them that was supposed to include debt validation for an account I supposedly have with them, first letter I ever received from them. It waa dated June 18, 2015. There was debt validation attached for [redacted] of Citrus Heights, Ca and is a medical bill (attached separately). To date, I still have not received any debt validation to verify any account I have with them. However they have inclined in my credit report that I do. In addition, all of their responses are contradictory. They could not have possibly sent me anything on June 2, 2015 or June 17, 2015 when their letter is dated June 18, 2015....which again I did not receive until June 22, 2015.Again, I ask that this alleged debt from Titan Revenue Solutions be removed from all three credit bureaus immediately. If there is a debt I owe please send validation of such and if it's mines I ask that I'm given time to settle it. A collection means that I'm aware of the debt and have had time to settle it but refused. None of these things have happened so please remove it immediately.Sincerely,[redacted]###-###-####No problem! Have a good day!

We are required to provide validation of the debt within 30 days. Documents will be provided as soon as provided by our client. If documents are not received within 30 days, we will submit a deletion request to the credit bureaus.

On March 3rd an account was placed for collection with our office showing this customer owed $20.00 to our client. This account has since been cancelled from our system and we are no longer attempting to collect on this matter.

No record...

was submitted to the credit bureaus by our office regarding this account. The customer has been mailing $1.00 payments directly to the original creditor and no money has been received by our office on this account.

No problem! Have a good day!

The documents requested by the customer were mailed on July 17, 2014. The customer paid the account today. We have a submitted a request to the credit bureaus to remove this account from the customers profile. A confirmation letter of this action will be mailed to the customer.

The claimants response is very difficult to follow, we will do our best to respond.

To recap:

Titan provides debt collection services, the people we work for are our clients. Our client submitted a debt to us for collection, the person owing this debt is the person filing this complaint - Complainant.

A partial payment on the debt was made by the third party identified by the complainant. The third party was not asked to leave, the complainant was, he complied so no further action was necessary.

The payment was made by personal check $50.00, and cash $100.00, it was agreed the remaining balance would be paid by the end of May 2014. We have already agreed to return the payment amounts. We can not return the check as it been deposited. We can mail a check for $150.00 or the Claimant may pick up cash from our office. If the payment is returned, complainant will still have an active debt at our office for the full balance. We need to know how the complainant would like to receive the funds.

Again, we deny violating any of the various laws cited by the complainant.

I am rejecting this response because:Your office may contact [redacted] at [redacted] who was the third party and witness to this transaction who actually made the payment of $150.00 in which $100.00 was cash and $50 was a written check. [redacted] order [redacted] hayes out of the office before this third party could finalize the payment transaction due to the simple fact she had inquired about customer service in which [redacted] stated his office does not have nor offer customer service to its clients, in addition, if the response from Titan Revenue Solutions was read correctly you can see that
I am the complaintant and also the client, so how can I demand to pay less than the debt owed and then in one sence decline to reduce the amount owed? Furthermore, if I threatened any one why was the police not called and a police report made and prosecution activated, in addition, my prior allegations of [redacted] violating The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Uniform Commercial Codes stands as stipulated and [redacted] be fully refunded and the original presentment of the negotiable instrument which is the debt contract client would for it to be produced and relinquished to client under Uniform Commercial Code 3-501(a) (b) (1) (2) (3) and if [redacted] refuses to comply with UCC 3 501(a)(b)(1)(2) then [redacted] accepts the guidlines in UCC 3 502(a)(1)(2) which governs forgiven the debt owed.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Any notices mailed to the customer were sent before the complaint was filed.

We are not seeking money from the customer. We did not receive any money to refund to the customer. We did not report information to the credit bureaus regarding this account. There is no further documentation to send to the customer as this account has been closed and we are no longer involved in this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:
I do not agree with Titan Revenue Solution with regards to them just refunding the money and not forgiving the debt in full. Also the remain balance will be paid by the end of may. In additition I will be further proceeding to other administrative agencies to further persue this appropriate justice. Also the third party contacted the Revdex.com with regards as to [redacted] behavior while in managment. Third party is complaintant mother.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We are confused by this complaint as we have already worked out a payment arrangement starting 1/31/2015. The current plan provides more time to pay than he has requested in this complaint.  We strongly deny any harassment, however our records do show the complainant was very abusive...

using vulgar language, including racial/sexual orientation slurs. Although dealing with these matters can be stressful we would ask the complainant refrain from such language in any future dealings with our office.

Just like everyone else on here, the hothead from Titan Revenue called me (even though I contested debt in writing) at home on Sunday, yelled and screamed at me, wouldn't let me answer questions, went over my credit report and made derogatory remarks, questioned my integrity and indicated I am a loser in life because I don't pay my bills. He didn't care about CA law or my documentation I submitted to him. After getting cold called and blasted, I called him back. He is scared to talk when he isn't the aggressive one calling you and he ended up threatening me to stop calling him or litigation. I advised him I want clarification from his comment, "he knows what kind of person I am" because child support is on my credit report. What a joke, unethical, illegal collection practices from a low life hothead that can't accept phone calls without his cheat sheet for bullying. Contact the CA Attorney General office on this illegal business for their unethical collections! I wish he had the guts to do face to face meetings because he loves to act tough behind his first outgoing call then crawls into a ball sucking his thumb crying about return phone calls.

Please, FTC, Consumer Affairs, Consumer Protection Agency, CA Attorney General Office, Revdex.com or anyone take this corrupt business off of the street!

Review: Titian Revenue Solutions was contracted with by another company over a disputed bill. Titian has informed me of 'negative credit reporting' and also that proof of a contract can be gotten with in 30 days of my written request. I have started a reasonable payment plan for this disputed bill in order to avoid negative credit reporting and until this is resolved. The bill in question with a separate party is not correct and being disputed as being wrong. Titian Revenue Solutions has not responded to two requests made for copies of a contract and proof of service that were made in writing on March 11, 2014 and April 14, 2014.Desired Settlement: I am seeking full refund of payments made to date and retraction of any negative credit reporting information. I am seekining copy of the contract and proof of develiery/service from the company contracted with Titian Revenue Solutions.

Business

Response:

Review: Negative Reporting to Credit Bureau is unwarranted. VIOLATION OF FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT.

TITAN REVENUE SOLUTIONS:

The following information explains why I should not have an account with this collection agency:

I had an account with Farm Fresh to You. I worked in a large building where I referred several people who used your services. I was to be credited for a minimum of five referrals. The referrals were never processed and the company sent my account to collections. I find this unfair as I was never contacted to say that the referrals would not be processed or there was an issue. I have brought several customers to your company in 2012 and I am livid that this is how I am treated.

I tried to resolve the issue of the phone, but to no avail. My credit rating has been ruined and I am seeking this to be corrected or to see if legal proceedings should be taken place. Although the amount if small, the impact on my credit is substantial.

The item on my credit report from Titan Revenue Solutions should not be there. It is incorrect and in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Desired Settlement: The item needs to be removed from the Credit Reports.

Response:

Initial Business Response

The consumer has never contacted our office regarding this matter. Documentation on this account will be sent to the consumer.

FROM OUR CLIENT:

We were unaware of any referrals, our procedure is that the customer who is being referred has to let us know they are being referred and mention the name of the customer who did so. Without this there is no way of knowing to apply any credit towards his account.

Final Consumer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

The company (Farm Fresh To You) is refusing to do anything to resolve this situation.

Final Business Response

Our client is waiting on the consumer to provide additional information to investigate this matter. As of 12/7/2013 no additional has been provided by the consumer. The credit report status will be updated as disputed while waiting for consumer to respond.

Review: A male debt collector at [redacted] is calling me to resolve a $119 dollar debt. Now he claims debt is 3x that much under civil code 1719. When I try to talk, the man literally yells, berates and threatens me. For example, "shut up, your not smart, I'm in control, your a criminal and you broke the law, I'm going to come at you every way I can". When I said I can make payment next pay period, I was told by rep that if I did not make payment immediately, he would "come after me every way". I was repeatedly told I was not allowed to talk by the debt collector. After getting yelled at, threatened and told demanding statements which are are questionably outside of fair debt collections act, I hung up, filed a report with Consumer Affairs and contacted the business stakeholder who hired agency to make them aware of complaint. The business who hired [redacted] spoke with me in person and is now investigating this matter. [redacted] is arguably not practicing fair debt collections, and if they are, they are operating with a grey area that does not hold them accountable for abuse, harassment and, at the very least, bullying consumers with aggressive language and falsities.Desired Settlement: Desired Resolution Enable me to have dialogue without abuse and make payments to resolve past due debt in 30-45 days days.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because:After I filed complaint with Revdex.com and Consumer Finance and contacted that company that hired this collection and communicated how they behave, the company accounted contacted their office on my behalf. After that a different representative contacted me on and apologized. The she and I worked out an agreement to pay. Any confusion is a PR or legal response to the actual event and the interaction was the very definition of harassment. Regarding racial slurs and vulgur language. I strongly deny any racial slurs and I welcome any recording that would prove otherwise. As far as vulgar language, I admit that after beng harassed for almost 10 minutes I used profane language and hung up. Regardless of business response we have an agreement to resolve but that does not excuse the behavior of their practices and this company should be monitored.

Review: Titan Revenue Solutions is representing Farm Fresh To You for debt collection (Account #[redacted]) for amount of $25.98.As a result to this collection, my credit score has been affected. I have tried to resolve this issue with Titan Revenue Solutions via 2 emails. I have requested them to provide me with a signed contract with Farm Fresh To You. I also asked for a simple request from me to Farm Fresh To You. By providing any of these, I would pay the mount above but Titan Revenue Solutions failed to respond to any of my emails.Desired Settlement: If Titan Revenue Solutions does not provide the documentations above, I would like for Titan Revenue Solutions to clear my account and mail me an official letter of settlement for my loan officer proving my credit is clear. I will not pursue any charges at this time against Titan Revenue Solutions if this issue is resolved shortly.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:

They have not clarified how much time it would take to provide the documents. I requested these documents about 10 days ago

Very rude and condescending. Not cooperative and placed a hit on my credit that should not be there and refuses to remove.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Rudely try and collect on unsubstantiated and unverifiable debt claims. Any correspondence sent to their published address comes back undeliverable.
