Titan Revenue Solutions Reviews (46)

Review: I have received several phone calls from Titan Revenue by [redacted]. He is very rude and not helpful. I have offered payment arrangement in which he will not accept. He states that I need to pay in full today. I called back this last time and spoke with Katie Thomas. She took my payment arrangement with no problem. [redacted] is a complete rude jerk. He made me feel horrible and hung up on.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to train [redacted] on ethics and principles. He has stressed me out so bad that I had a panic attack in which I have not had in years.

Response:

As stated in the complaint, the complainant has made arrangements on this matter which if made will close the account.

Review: It's not surprising to see that other people have had complaints with Titan Revenue Services as well. The company projects and states that they are not a debt collector, nor are they a collection agency. What they've claimed is that they do not own the debt, however they are hired by the company whom the debt belongs to.My experience started back on September 6th at 7:49pm, where a voicemail had been left from an Elk Grove number. "[redacted], this is [redacted] from Titan Revenue Solutions, gimme a call [redacted]." The last thing I had thought was this was a debt collector, misleading to say the least. If anyone would care to listen to the vm - please contact me. I called back, and had asked what was the call in regards to? This guy opens, just about as defamatory as it gets. "You know what this is about, you don't pay your bills." From there on out, the conversation went south. I believe that both parties swore, I know for a fact that I had. People make mistakes, we're human - but to have your nose rubbed in it...Furthermore, I had been concerned about the hour they were calling, not to mention I was still at work. I had requested permission from my supervisor to place the call during work hours, as the voicemail was projected anything other than debt related. Following the call, I was scolded for having been on the phone longer than 5 minutes. As I had pulled a credit report on 05/09/2014 at 5:45pm, Titan was listed on it with the last activity posted as 05/2014 at $47.00.I was told on 05/12/2014 that my bill was $48.07 and that the May interest hadn't been updated when my credit was pulled. When asking more questions she continued to tell me I was wasting her time and I didn't know what I was talking about. Paid in full on 05/14/2014, which required a call into the company as "their website had been having issues taking payments." (screenshots can be provided.)With $1.44 processing fee, PiF $49.53 - confirmation [redacted]. "We are NOT removing this from your credit at all."Desired Settlement: Yes, I had a debt owed. I've struggled financially in the last couple of years, and though that's no excuse - I'm trying my best to pay things in a timely manner. With the $49.53 ding, my credit falls just shy of the the qualifying score for a home loan. It's my goal to provide a safer environment for my firstborn expected in September and with that, I need your help. Please, I will ask again, to have you remove this from my credit. God Bless.

An account was assigned to our office for collection in July 2013. In August 2013 we spoke with Complainant and he agreed he would make payment directly to our client. When no payment was reported, follow up phone calls were placed and Complainant became hostile. Complainant called after-hours and left an extremely vulgar, obscenity laced, and threatening voicemail message. Complainant was notified the account would be reported if it remained unpaid and further communication should be in writing. In May of this year Complainant contacted our office and made payment on his obligation. Titan strongly denies any illegal or unethical actions. As instructed by our client we have requested the credit bureaus to remove this account from his credit profile.

Review: On 10/10/2013 I was contacted by the above company in regards to collections. I was verbally harassed by the male caller.

On 10/10/2013 at 5:50 pm I was contacted by Titan Revenue Solutions representing Farm Fresh to you regarding an outstanding bill for the amount of $185.50 . I had never received a bill from Farm Fresh to You but attempted to inform the Titan Representative that if they sent me information regarding this bill I would be happy to pay it. The representative then began to tell me how "embarrassed" I should be and that "I know I have this bill" and Just to "Pay him now". I attempted to inform him that I do not give any information over the phone due to Identity Theft I have experienced four years ago. He just got more verbally assaltive with me. I gave him my address and hung up on him in his mid sentence after he once again was yelling at me on the phone. I just received the information in the mail this morning and am paying the bill with check number [redacted] in the amount of 185.50. I hope this company does not make this a practice of talking to people on the phone in this manner. If he was in front of me I would have called the police. I felt very attacked by him! I wanted a resolution to this issue also I just wanted the information before I payed and not over the phone. Because of the abusive manner of his call, I questioned if this was even a legitimate business.Desired Settlement: I hope this business is questioned in regards to their collection techniques. I realize this is a difficult job, but believe it or not there are some honest people out there that want to get a bill resolved also. I was fearful that he had my phone number because of the manner in which he talked to me. I questioned whether or not to even call the police. My hope is that this business never talks to scares someone like this again.

Consumer has paid the account and the file has been closed.

Review: Good afternoon,

I sent the attached, forwarded email to Titan Revenue Solutions on June 2 after speaking with their representative, [redacted]. I never received a written response from the company even after providing my email address and physical address. However, this company that has not provided any debt validation has talked this unknown account to my credit report. I have no idea where or how they received my personal information.

My desired resolution is to immediately have this account removed my any and all credit reporting bureaus as well as provide proof to me that this account even exists. If there is proof that this account belongs to me then I would like to have the opportunity to make arrangements with the debtor to pay. As of now, I have nothing at all to show this account belongs to me.

Their company information is as follows:

Titan Revenue Solutions

720 Howe Avenue, suite 113

Sacramento, CA 95825

(916) 226-5483

Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

As she appears to have difficulty receiving mail, we can email the information with her authorization (or send through the Revdex.com as attachments). Please advise.

Re: Complaint ID: [redacted]Hello,I received the response from Titan Revenue Services (attached). [redacted] from Titan initially told me on June 2, 2015 that simmering was mailed to me from them sometime last year via certified mail. He admitted it was never signed and also that it was sent to an erroneous address, however Titan decided to charge me regardless as well as add late charges to a bill never received by me.On June 22, 2015 I received a letter from them that was supposed to include debt validation for an account I supposedly have with them, first letter I ever received from them. It waa dated June 18, 2015. There was debt validation attached for [redacted] of Citrus Heights, Ca and is a medical bill (attached separately). To date, I still have not received any debt validation to verify any account I have with them. However they have inclined in my credit report that I do. In addition, all of their responses are contradictory. They could not have possibly sent me anything on June 2, 2015 or June 17, 2015 when their letter is dated June 18, 2015....which again I did not receive until June 22, 2015.Again, I ask that this alleged debt from Titan Revenue Solutions be removed from all three credit bureaus immediately. If there is a debt I owe please send validation of such and if it's mines I ask that I'm given time to settle it. A collection means that I'm aware of the debt and have had time to settle it but refused. None of these things have happened so please remove it immediately.Sincerely,[redacted]###-###-####No problem! Have a good day!

Response:

The complainant has a past due balance which was assigned to our office for collection in 2011. The complainant demanded he be allowed to pay less the amount he owed on his contract, our client declined to reduce the balance. The complainant made arrangements for payments and made a partial payment. Complainant became belligerent and threatening in our office and was asked to leave the premises.

Review: I bought a vehicle from Future Ford Sacramento. I was making payments on a down payment which I was making payments. I was told by an employee at Future Ford that if I continued making payments that the amount would not be sent to collections, then a financial loan officer named [redacted] at Future Ford of Sacramento was rude told me that he was going to have my account sent over to collections. I have explained to Titan Revenue Solutions my situation a guy named [redacted] told me that was no excuse.

Final Consumer Response

I am on disability I was making payments on a van. unexpected circumstances occurred got late on down payment on van was told to make installments.

I am buying a van I was told by Future Ford Sacramento that I could make installments for the down payment on my van. I made almost half of my down payment then [redacted] Future Ford turned me into collections. I was trying to make my payments but roommates hours at work were cut at his work. I had extremely high utility bills this summer other large bills. I was told that Future Ford of Sacramento owed my roommate payment from his GAP insurance was expecting Future Ford to pay the GAP insurance that is what I was going to help use to make my down payment. Future Ford WILL NOT pay the GAP insurance to my roommate between FUTURE FORD AND NATIONWIDE INS we have been getting the run around to see who is going to actually pay the GAP insurance so that I can pay my payment of $532.64 to FUTURE FORD. My finance guy [redacted] at Future Ford told me that if I kept making installments on my van I would not be turned into collections. I talked to some woman at Titan Revenue Solutions tried to explain my situation then some guy named [redacted] I tried to explain my situation too. His response was THATS NO EXCUSE. whom ever calls me from Revdex.com, I will explain my situation. I don't like being harassed and called all day.

Final Business Response
