Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Hello - I was unable to reach you via the web site - was finally able to take a moment to call In response to the company's response to my complaint This company is messed up They embed their policies to mislead the consumer and then back their customers into a corner with their customer service strategies I ordered a sample, not the product In days, I was then charged for the full price of the product and it was an instant mess These guys run a tight ship - and there are a lot of cracks to fall through - they got my 40+ dollars, but I am not so sure I agree In my first phone call, they kept asking me if I wanted to cancelkept asking it, without any explanation it felt weird and kinda pushy Then after the charge, I freaked out and called again I was never offered a full refund in the 2nd and 3rd phone calls By that point, I was demanding a full refund and I demanded they give me the return address, but they would not agree to it or provide a return address and finally hung up on me I had to call and do it all over again, still would not give me a return address and still would not offer me a full refundIt was as if they expect early exhaustion because the rules are so tight, so they wear you down by denying all your requests until you finally settle for your own brand of "shxt, they got me - uncle!" I just now went to their web page and found an address in the return policyfunny, I could not find that when I was ready to strangle the customer service reps I looked everywhere for contact information it was in the return ploicy, maybe then, maybe not? who knows, reall, and no one can prove anything In the return policy posted on their web site, titanwhite.com, you have to have called within certain days, and then you have a short window for the next piece, and then only if the product has not been abused or opened in any way, ofcourse In my case, It probably had something to do with the conditions on that day, somewhere in that window, outside that window of opportunity and negotiation It is a tight ship! and there are many many ways for the consumer to lose - The web sites notifications at the bottom are prolific, detailed and controlled Frankly, you would get better treatment at your dentist for probably the same money There is my response to their claim that they offered me a full refund they did not verbally educate, notify, provide clear instructions, make explicitly clear, their offer in any way I was blind-sided with how titan tight their policy was and after the window of oppty expired, I was flat out of luck Customer service did nothing to help and DID NOT provide me with instructions for a return, an address or in anyway suggest I could get a full refund Regards, [redacted]

This is a complete scamOnce this company gets a hold of your credit card number, they will subscribe you to a monthly delivery of their whitening product without your consent The initial purchase was masked as a reward for completing a survey on behalf of [redacted] The website (obviously not [redacted] ) offered a few different products that were available for a few dollars, the whitening product among themThere was no mention of a subscription, let alone to the tune of $100/month for two whitening pens Stay away from this company!!!

This is a total Scam! I replied to a free sample email and was unwittingly signed up for non stop monthly deliveries charges to my credit card The phone # on the product was blocked and they provide no address to return the product I got stuck paying for orders I didn't want I haven't opened any of the packages My credit card company is handling this now

I was unable to reach you via the web site - was finally able to take a moment to call.
In response to the company's response to my complaint...
This company is messed up.

I ordered a sample, not the product. 
In 7 days, I was then charged for the full price of the product and it was an instant mess.
These guys run a tight ship - and there are a lot of cracks to fall through - 
they got my 40+ dollars, but I am not so sure I agree.
In my first phone call, they kept asking me if I wanted to cancel... kept asking it, without any explanation ... it felt weird and kinda pushy. 
Then after the 94.31 charge, I freaked out and called again.
I was never offered a full refund in the 2nd and 3rd phone calls.  
By that point, I was demanding a full refund and I demanded they give me the return address, but they would not agree to it or provide a return address  and finally hung up on me.  I had to call and do it all over again, still would not give me a return address and still would not offer me a full refund. This is a complete scam. Once this company gets a hold of your credit card number, they will subscribe you to a monthly delivery of their whitening product without your consent.

The initial purchase was masked as a reward for completing a survey on behalf of [redacted]. The website (obviously not [redacted]) offered a few different products that were available for a few dollars, the whitening product among them. There was no mention of a subscription, let alone to the tune of $100/month for two whitening pens.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I was unable to reach you via the web site - was finally able to take a moment to call.

In response to the company's response to my complaint...

This company is messed up.

They embed their policies to mislead the consumer and then back their customers into a corner with their customer service strategies.

I ordered a sample, not the product. 

In 7 days, I was then charged for the full price of the product and it was an instant mess.

These guys run a tight ship - and there are a lot of cracks to fall through - 

they got my 40+ dollars, but I am not so sure I agree.

In my first phone call, they kept asking me if I wanted to cancel... kept asking it, without any explanation ... it felt weird and kinda pushy. 

Then after the 94.31 charge, I freaked out and called again.

I was never offered a full refund in the 2nd and 3rd phone calls.  

By that point, I was demanding a full refund and I demanded they give me the return address, but they would not agree to it or provide a return address  and finally hung up on me.  I had to call and do it all over again, still would not give me a return address and still would not offer me a full refund. It was as if they expect early exhaustion because the rules are so tight, so they wear you down by denying all your requests until you finally settle for your own brand of "shxt, they got me - uncle!"

I just now went to their web page and found an address in the return policy... funny, I could not find that when I was ready to strangle the customer service reps...  I looked everywhere for contact information.  it was in the return ploicy, maybe then, maybe not? who knows, reall, and no one can prove anything.  

In the return policy posted on their web site, titanwhite.com, you have to have called within certain days, and then you have a short window for the next piece, and then only if the product has not been abused or opened in any way, ofcourse.  

In my case, It probably had something to do with the conditions on that day, somewhere in that window, outside that window of opportunity and negotiation ...

It is a tight ship! and there are many many ways for the consumer to lose - 

The web sites notifications at the bottom are prolific, detailed and controlled....

Frankly, you would get better treatment at your dentist for probably the same money.

There is my response to their claim that they offered me a full refund ... they did not verbally educate, notify, provide clear instructions, make explicitly clear, their offer in any way.  I was blind-sided with how titan tight their policy was and after the window of oppty expired, I was flat out of luck.  Customer service did nothing to help and DID NOT provide me with instructions for a return, an address or in anyway suggest I could get a full refund....

This is valid for only one package. Your package must be received back to our
