Horrible customer experience, delivery driver lost my documents; lies to his dispatcher that he delivered my documents and he never didMy documents contained sensitive information and I spoke directly to the driver and he continues to lieWhat a sad company, to make matters worse I was promised a call back and never received onePlease Run from this companyYou must learn from others experience, be foolish enough and pay them for delivery you have proven you don't mind flushing your money down the toiletAs they say, a fool easily parts with his/her money

I made my shipment on 9th August from Dubai to Italy and it did not deliver for about 10 days then no one update me.I was calling the TNT for many times and the staff didn't bother to follow up or update me on my shipment.My shipment should deliver within a 2days but actually, they failed to send my invoice and my shipment was held in Italy customs and after a big hassle I had to walk into TNT main branch in DXB.Then after a long discussion, they decide to refund my shipping charges AED112 and I had to pay Euro 118 for customs.The shipment delivers after that discussion after more than a month.From August 9 I did not get my refund yet.Shame on this service.

Review: In January of 2015 I purchased goods on Alibaba.com and contracted a shipper via the Taobao.com website to ship the goods. I purchased shipping for the approximate amount of 386.00 USD. I received the goods in a timely manner. During the time of payment the seller had discretion to choose what shipping company was to be used, only after I made payment I was notified that TNT Express would be the shipper after receiving tracking information.

In September of 2015 I was then sent a bill from TNT Express for the amount of 1,614.90 USD. I have been in contact with both TNT Shipping in the United States and also their Chinese offices to help resolve the matter. I have engaged the help of the original individual who I contracted via the Taobao website and he subsequently had contacted the original shipper who had supplied the receipt received. On that document it clearly states that the sender is "Liable for Unpaid Charges." I never once entered a contract with TNT Express nor created an account with the company and believe that I am unfairly being contacted for non-payment and also being held responsible for locating the original sender of goods.

An individual with the title "collections specialist " has contacted me numerous times to facilitate communication between their office in the USA and China and has requested numerous times for proof of payment.Desired Settlement: I believe that first I am in no way responsible for the amount requested and secondly should not be the one responsible to facilitate communication between their company. I was simply a receiver of goods having no prior contact ever with TNT Express including any prior shipping history or accounts held. I did not even know that the TNT Express would be the company shipping the goods and very dismayed to find a request of payment for the amount of 1,614.90.

Review: I received a message from TNT shipping on 11/**/2015 stating that I owe them $42, that it is past due, and that I must pay it immediately or they will send it to collections. I do not have any business dealings with this company. I did receive a shipment from them back on 9/**/2015, which I did not contract with them for and was sent by a third party, which I had paid for shipping expenses with my order from said company. TNT is now sending fraudulent charges, which I believe is illegal activity.Desired Settlement: Fix your billing, and apologize, or close your business.

Review: My package was scheduled for delivery on Monday, October **. When I arrived home that night I found out that package was not delivered. I called customer service and the rep informed me that there was an issue with the system and my package would be delivered the next day. I called again on Tuesday, October ** to ensure that my package would be delivered. The customer service rep informed me that the package is out for delivery and I should receive it this afternoon. I arrived home at 6pm and still no package. When I go on the [redacted] website to track my package it always states out for delievery. This is an imporant package and I paid extra for express service. I feel I'm getting the run around.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to contact me and tell me when my package will be delieverd.

Review: I live in Usa and ordered a few parts from Australia and they shipped my package using TNT. The order was made June **, and on June ** I got an email from TNT with a consignment number. Based on their website the package would arrive June **. So far so good, but little did I know that things would turn very poorly very quickly. A few days passed after the scheduled delivery date and no package. I sent them an email to try to figure out whats wrong. I waited a day with no response so I sent them another email. No response to that one either. So I called their customer service hotline and spoke with a representative. He informed me that my package has been passed onto UPS and gave me a tracking number. Upon contacting UPS I find that my package has been lost and so I filed a claim. To this point it has been 2 weeks past the scheduled delivery point. I contacted the original shipper who reassured me he would be in contact with TNT to try to figure out whats wrong. I get an email back that says the package is not lost but is sitting at customs and that TNT doesnt know what happened or take any responsibility but all they need is my phone number. Once again I am on the phone with TNT. When I gave them my consignment number the representative told me my package was indeed lost and that they filed a claim. First off they told the shipper they had the package and second it was me who filed the claim, not them. At this point I am furious with them. I start to tell the representative money has been taken from my account and I have not received my package. She rudely interupts me and says that when the claim is filed the money will be returned to the shipper. I tell her that it was me who paid the money for the product and for the shipping and that I am the customer. She argues that the customer is the shipper and that they are the ones who sent the money.Basically it is now July * and I have yet to receive my package or any sort of refund.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want to receive my order.

Review: We have business account with TNT more than 2 years, they used have a great customer service , now is just horrible, they just don t care about, no e mail reply, no calls , nothing, we sent a package to Brazil and TNT just send back to us, they just don't like to deal with the receiver , or the destination customs, now the want us to pay the invoice , actually they send the invoice before to try to delivery the package , the invoice number is [redacted] ,we will no going to pay this invoice because they never delivery the package, we also never authorized TNT to send the package back to us , we hope to solve this matter before we go the the Court ...Desired Settlement: We need billing adjustament

Review: TNT left a slip on my door saying they could not find my apartment, which was peculiar, as it was left on the door. I called and asked them to redeliver; they told me to sign the slip. I did, and in the morning, the slip was taken, no package left. I called to ask and was told that it was left "at reception." I do not have a front office, doorman, or reception. It's a row house. All houses around me are the same. TNT said I needed to contact [redacted], the company that hired them to take the item from NY to DC. The item originally came from China. FS Express gave me a few details about the sender, but I could not find any item with that seller name. FS Express said I needed to ask the sender for reimbursement. I have no information for the sender but an address and name, which is nondeliverable. TNT said I needed to ask FS Express for reimbursement. All parties have been less than helpful and will take no responsibility.Desired Settlement: I want my package or a refund.
