To & Mo Towing Reviews (27)

Our name and phone number is on all signs at the entrances ways to the community.   As far as” ripping people off “  we charge our contracted towing and storage rates.   As far as “rude and disrespectful” I apologize if your complaining party feels that way.   A...

lot of the times if we either don’t give someone the answer they are looking for or we can not give that information  to them by law the person claims we are being rude and/or disrespectful .  She mentions that her vehicle was in our storage facility for 7 hours.  That storage rate is for a 24 hour period.   We are not allowed to charge another day of storage until it has been in our possession for more than 24 hours. ..

[redacted] has not told the true story from the beginning.  His vehicle was towed legally.   He was PARKED ILLEGALLY!   He went to our Santa Ana location through a mistake he made not us.   He created a scene at our Santa Ana location by calling our lady dispatcher filthy names.  He then went to our Anaheim location where his vehicle was located and did the same type of things there.  I can not (will not) repeat  the words [redacted] used but they were foul and not something that you would call a female.  He spit on our reception window to where the dispatcher was fearful and she called the Anaheim Police department. [redacted] said that in his original complaint by putting it this way, "K called the cops to come and release my car."   When I read that sentence in [redacted] original complaint I could not understand what he had meant.  That was one reason I wanted to investigate further.  The Anaheim Police gave told [redacted]  that he could go to jail for his actions if my dispatcher wanted to press charges  My dispatcher just wanted the 'drama" to be over with.  [redacted] paid for his vehicle and left.
We will not be refunding anything to [redacted]  I would like to suggest to [redacted] that he try and control his mouth before someone sticks their foot in it.

that is a lie. I stopped the tow truck driver on my private road and I have. Whitewashes to prove it.

Mr. [redacted] is not telling the truth as far as his statement " they required payment 1st prior to let me see the vehicle" .  Our standard policy is to take the registered owner to the vehicle after he/she gives us their driver's license and keys and identifies what vehicle is theirs.  We...

then escort them to their vehicle  allowing them to inspect the vehicle and get their registration out of the vehicle.   I spoke to the person who released the vehilce to Mr. [redacted] and he said that he escorted Mr. [redacted] to his vehicle in our storage yard prior to payment.  He then took Mr. [redacted] to the front offices to sign the invoice and get payment for towing of the vehicle.  After payment the vehicle was driven out of our  storage yard and Mr. [redacted] walked directly to the area of his vehicle that had the prior damage and asked "what are you going to do about this."   The person who released the vehicle told Mr. [redacted] that there was nothing  we did when we towed his Lexus that would have caused that kind of damage  Our employee pointed out  to Mr. [redacted] that the damage was probably caused by a service department lift
Mr. [redacted] is welcome to bring his vehicle back to our offices and we can show him  there is absolutely no way the tow truck that  towed his vehicle could have caused the damage he claims we did to his vehicle.  When he first arrive in our offices and prior to escorting Mr, [redacted] out to inspect his vehicle and get the
registration out of it, Mr. [redacted] said thing like,  "What are you going
to do about the damages to my car."   "You know you are responsible for
any damages to my car."  When his vehicle was released the fact that Mr. [redacted] walked immediately to the spot where the damage
was on the vehicle makes me wonder if he knew the damage was there.
If we caused the damage to his vehicle we would immediately offer to have the repairs made.  We DID NOT damage his vehicle.  The vehicle was towed legally because Mr. [redacted] violated the parking rules of the property.  There is nothing that we can or will do other than have him come back to the yard as stated above..

As a licensed Tow company in the state of California we are not required by law to give any pictures that we have taken (video or still) EXCEPT if the vehicle being released was towed from a Fire Lane.   Then we have to show the evidence that the vehicle was parked in a fire lane.At the...

time of release we give all  information required by the California Vehicle Code to the person who picks up their vehicle.  We are not going to release ANY information that may be considered as privileged or private that our client may not want released. This person was explained this very thing at  the time of his vehicle being released but choose to file a frivolous complaint with your organization.  Our personnel releasing vehicles are asked, "Who towed my car" or "Who signed for the tow" but  legally we would be violating the California Vehicle Code if we gave this information to just anyone and subject to a very costly fine.
