I am sorryI have double checked again with warehouse and they have provided the same answer concerning the returnI cannot issue refund with that information being provided to me as it jeopardizes my jobI have reached out to the VP to see if anything can be done and await his response

A support ticket has been opened to have the order replacedPlease note some replacements take a week to process and shipThe warehouse is working hard to get the replacement for order *** processed and shipped within the next business daysOnce shipped the warehouse
will email the customer with tracking informationI have also included where the customer can find the return policy on the TOCCs site if they chose a refund

All through I still would like to have complaint on file for this companyThis company does not have a customer service department that you can call as they say, when you call you are placed on hold for 1-minutes and then are told to contact the company by email and disconnects the call. Also there is no free shipping as I was told I had to read the fine printI had to pay $to have item shipped to me

As the customer was informed the order is processing in the warehouseUnfortunately we cannot provide a shipping date at this time due to a uncontrollable warehouse eventAs soon as order ships the warehouse will email tracking to the customerWe have also given the customer the option to cancel

The customer was not told we have a day return policyWe have a day replacement policy.Upper management has approved replacement, but the TOCCS order # is neededIt starts with ***Please provide asap

The customer did not receive a full refund for both, which would have been $14 as the headsets were not returned in entirety. They both were missing the charging cable cord that was shipped in box (warehouse confirmed) and were returned in poor condition, thus he was refunded for one shipping fees....

I am sorry, but we have a return policy that we must follow. It is posted on the website and was so prior to the customer ordering.

I am rejecting this response because:how was she able to answer yesterday on my account but doesn't know today who or what the account is and wouldnt you know it, I have an email it shipped as of 545 pm yesterday. How damaged is it?
