am rejecting this response because:how was she able to answer yesterday
on my account but doesn't know today who or what the account is and
wouldnt you know it, I have an email it shipped as of 545 pm yesterday.
How damaged is it?
I do not understand what is meant by "how damaged is it?." Also as the first message received from Revdex.com had your order # I was able to use that for status. After that the message on me side did not provide order number thus I asked for it to better assist. As you said the order has shipped. I still did not get the order number from the customer.

I am rejecting this response because: There is not a VP of the company. It is operated by three people: [redacted] Three entrepreneurs who make their living scamming people with inferior products and poor customer service. With 51 Revdex.com complaints over the last 3 years, they have a poor track record and my experience reinforces that. 
It is obvious this will not be resolved so I respectfully ask the Revdex.com to allow the complaint to stand, as is, unresolved. It is important for consumers to know that this is company fraught with product and service issues.
