[redacted] at Toledo Basements and the crews that he employs are absolutely wonderful [redacted] created the perfect basement for me a couple years ago Unfortunately I had a flood and the basement was destroyed [redacted] immediately contacted me in hopes of being able to salvage the basement walls [redacted] came out on his own time to try and clean the walls He cares so much for his customers long after the work has been completed He comes by the job site constantly checking in on the work and making sure that you are happy with everything He makes himself available all hours of the day and weekends to answer questions, update you on progress, and / or to check work I have never met someone so dedicated to his customers - the customer service he provides is fantastic The end project is great We were given a fully functional basement that my children love to use as their "hang-out" I couldn't be happier I highly recommend Toledo Basements!

Toledo Basements just finished renovating just over sqftof my basement The reno included walls, drywall, insulation, a drop ceiling, can lights, and a new piece bathroom including tying all of the plumbing into the current house plumbing They were of the quotes that I received for the job and were the lowest cost, but the end result was better than the rest of my home which is only years old! Their communication, willingness to let me do some of the work myself, and overall professionalism was why I chose them and am glad I did!
