The only time that Gordon Chevrolet has worked on [redacted] ***' vehicle was to do an oil change and tire rotation We have done no actual repairs to it Our Customer Experience Manager reached out to [redacted] and let her know that we would like to look at her car and make an attempt to address her concerns She set up a 10:00am appointment for Saturday 8/27/ We were then notified by General Motors that she had cancelled that appointment and was not coming in We are more than willing to take a look at [redacted] ***' car but cannot do anything without seeing it If she would like to have us look at her car she can contact Ann or Jerry for a time that is mutually agreeable

[redacted] came in to the dealership to purchase an automobile, her credit was sent to the appropriate amount of banks to get the deal she desiredher vehicle has been serviced under warranty when she had any complaintsit has been months since her purchase and this is the first issue I have been alerted to from herIm not exactly sure what her other complaints areshe may feel free to contact me directlykEVIN s [redacted]

I'm sorry didn't get the complaintwe've handled the cancellation of the warranty the problem seems to be the customer wants the check given to her and the bank agreement states it goes to them until the contract is paid out because it was included in fianced amount..I'm happy to give her the money if she can get the bank to agree...I did send the check to the bank an closed the warranty

THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BE HONEST AS THEY WERE NOT HONEST IN GIVING ME A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION...AT THIS POINT THEY ARE JUST TALKING OUT OF THEIR BUTTS AND MAKING SMALL TALK TO MAKE IT LIKE THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOR....THEY DAMAGE MY CAR AND ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH...THEY WERE HOPING BY DAMAGING MY CAR I WOULD HAVE TO COME IN FOR COSTLY REPAIRS OR GET A NEW CAR....ACTUALLY SOMEONE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP HAS BEEN CALLING ME ABOUT GETTING A NEW CAR.....ISN'T THAT A COINCIDENT!THIS PLACE HAS A "C" RATING AND HAS A BAD REPUTATION AS I DO MORE INVESTIGATION Regards, [redacted] ***

In response to the business’s
claim that I wanted the remuneration from the cancellation of the extended warranty
that I purchased with my vehicle for my personal reasons is completely false
It is because I completely know I cannot recoup remuneration from the
cancellation of the extended warranty for my vehicle, as the vehicle is not paid
in full, and that the remuneration of the canceled extended warranty goes back
to the bank that I have the car loan with, which is *** bank

when vehicle financing is acquired through a car dealership the dealership only pulls a credit report one time in order to determine what financial institutions to try and submit to in order to obtain an approvalwhen a loan application is submitted to a bank the bank then pulls credit to determine
whether the credit meets their criteria for approvalwhen less than perfect credit is a factor the application is submitted to multiple banks or "shopped" to try and obtain the best terms or an approval at all for the customerthis is a completely and standard part of obtaining vehicle financing, if credit is not submitted to a bank and credit pulled for consideration then obtaining a loan is impossible*** does not not have or receive application details such as the type of collateralin this case only one inquiry was made by the dealership and the rest by banks reviewing the application for decision purposesgordon chevrolet has no ability to remove inquiries not made by us and made in the honest pursuit of an extension of credit.Kevin s*general sales mgr

I've meant with *** on Tuesday June 30th with what she referr to as a Freind that is an attorney but was not there representing her.The bank has contacted me with direction from ***The problem with this matter now is *** is representing her Granfather and doesn't appear on any of the
paperworkShe has already made a second complaint and hasn't given us any time for this to be worked outThe bank contacted me late Thurs and they are closed FridayIt's my feeling at this time with the complex situation given and we can't talk to the buyer, there is nothing I can do in the time that *** wants all this to happen

I am rejecting this response because:I did not get a diagnoses of my vehicle and I will be contacting the media about the abuse women endure when visiting a mechanicI have been manipulated into believing that the dealership was treating me fairly when in fact they haven't.if I we're a guy I wouldn't been talked down to nor will a man allow the dealership to give them a report that contains no information pertaining to the diagnoses of the carSince no one wants to hear my side of the story..then I will contact the media today about this.I want my money reimbursed..I have to sell my car since no one can find out what's wrong with the car.please give me my money back.I will not go away because I have been mistreated from this slump dealership.either give me my money back or produce a diagnoses

I'd be more that happy to handle what ever you need, please come to see me and i'll get the car in for whatever repairs it needs, just come to the store ask for me and i'll get you to the right person to handle the problem

mr *** came in to purchase a vehicle in while at the dealership he was asked if he would like us to try and beat the financing rate he currently had, he said he would and filled out a credit applicationthe inquiries are from banks reviewing his application for financing we were able to
get him 3.9% on a used vehicle, which he took and signed forthere should not be a need for him to "investigate" as it is standard practice when applying for credit that prospective lenders will review a persons credit reportmr *** was completely aware that we were trying to save him money and that his information would be sent to banks for that purposehe later expressed his dissatisfaction with the vehicle and gordon chevrolet allowed him to return it completely and cancel the financingthis is the first complaint of this type we have heard from mr *** a year and four months after the fact.Kevin S***

If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]This company has told lie after lie I went [redacted] of [redacted] in Nj and they explained that I was lied to and this vehicle was never certified only [redacted] could certified this vehicle I requested and [redacted] and full disclosure on the vehicle which I was never given please pull phone records I told them about check engine light that why I have the service report inwhich they told me my vehicle was fine but had not been checked when I asked Paul Martin about the light on2/28/17 in which he stated everything was fine they also ran my credit 21 times on and after the date of purchase which I want removed with the exception of the initial purchase inquiry this company business practices are deceptive and I'm requesting they are further investigation is done by Revdex.com concerning my issues my vehicle was never certified as they stated. [redacted] of [redacted] serviced my vehicle the oxygen sensors were bad and the car had a recall and I have proof of this.
