My name is Steve S[redacted] and my service director should have spent more time on his explanation of the matter. I'd like to set an appointment to go over this and if I can't find a cure for this situation I'll be more than happy to refund your money. I'd also like you know that I don't appreciate race and gender being brought into this when your service advisor was [redacted] and the other gentleman is married to a [redacted] and my daughter is married to a [redacted]. Be careful making comments til you know for sure the situation. Call my office and schedule an appointment to meet with me and come to conclusion on this matter.

[redacted] came in to the dealership to purchase an automobile, her credit was sent to the appropriate amount of banks to get the deal she desired. her vehicle has been serviced under warranty when she had any complaints. it has been 5 months since her purchase and this is the first issue I have been...

I'm sorry didn't get the complaint. we've handled the cancellation of the warranty the problem seems to be the customer wants the check given to her and the bank agreement states it goes to them until the contract is paid out because it was included in fianced amount..I'm happy to give her the money...

if she can get the bank to agree...I did send the check to the bank an closed the warranty

I am rejecting this response because: the issue is still pending at this time and will be for a couple of weeks I did meet with the dealer and this is a summary of our conversation "I just wanted to follow up on our meeting yesterday.  In regards to the red [redacted] Limited sold to ..........in April 2015: You will be contacting [redacted] Bank in regards to buying back the vehicle which is now in their possession for the balance due on the loan.  Then my grandfather will have no balance due on the loan from the bank and you will have possession of the vehicle. "  This response is perfectly acceptable to me as long as it is followed through.   I did not give a time frame nor did I submit a second complaint.   The bank informed me that they are working with the dealer but it will take a few weeks to be resolved so I will check back at that time.

I am rejecting this response because:As I STATED BEFORE, YES I CAME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION AND COME OUT WITH A  DAMAGE TO MY CAR....YES I WAS ASKS TO COME IN, BUT I CANCEL BECAUSE I ASKED IF A THIRD PARTY NON BIAS PARTY COULD LOOK AND FIX MY CAR AND THEY DID NOT AGREE TO IT...WHY SHOULD I BRING MY CAR BACK TO PEOPLE WHO DAMAGE MY CAR IN THE FIRST PLACE?  THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BE HONEST AS THEY WERE NOT HONEST IN GIVING ME A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION...AT THIS POINT THEY ARE JUST TALKING OUT OF THEIR BUTTS AND MAKING SMALL TALK TO MAKE IT LIKE THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOR....THEY DAMAGE MY CAR AND ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH...THEY WERE HOPING BY DAMAGING MY CAR I WOULD HAVE TO COME IN FOR COSTLY REPAIRS OR GET A NEW CAR....ACTUALLY SOMEONE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP HAS BEEN CALLING ME ABOUT GETTING A NEW CAR.....ISN'T THAT A COINCIDENT!THIS PLACE HAS A "C" RATING AND HAS A BAD REPUTATION AS I DO MORE INVESTIGATION.....

this complaint is the first time I have heard of this issue. the customer has not been physically back to the dealership and has not contacted our service dept. this vehicle is under FULL factory warranty and we would be happy to fix any issues the customer is having.
