I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11791028, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  wwhen I went to Nissan I talked to C.C [redacted]  (Assistant Sales Manager), R.J (Ray [redacted]-owner Loyalty Manger), and Jon [redacted]  (General Sales Manger) I understand Nissan is trying to cover their backs. If you was willing to help me the few times I went n took time out of work to go n get this fix. Ray told me that they couldn't do anything about it because the court house wouldn't let them re-do the plates and sticker so that I had to go to the court house n do it myself. Since I made the report to the Revdex.com now your company wanna help me. If you was willing to help me the first time I wouldn't had to go this far to get yall to fix this. I took 3hours off from work to go get that done myself because your company couldn't do it for me.

This letter is to inform you that Peacock, Tom Nissan/Cadillac has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 12/14/2016 and assigned ID [redacted] Since we did a ride along with technician at [redacted] this morning, and the problems was noted and diagnosed by technician and parts was ordered and will be installed at their service dept. on 12/26/2016.  As far as we are concerned this matter is settled to our satisfaction.  Also would like to thank service director Rich H[redacted] at Tom Peacock Nissan for his speedy response to our complaint and for reaching out to us in a very professional and positive manner.

I have replaced the keys and provided a one hundred dollar check to pay for the remote, and the reprogramming of the home alarm. However, we are not responsible for her past due account, of which you have documentation for. [redacted],Sorry for the delayed response. We have contacted your insurance company and they have agreed to pay for a new wheel and tire. We had already ordered and received the new wheel and tire before confirmation from your insurance company. We are now ready to proceed and resolve this issue. You may bring your car to the dealership at your convenience to have the new wheel and tire installed. If would please contact our [redacted] and let him know when you will be bringing in your vehicle, so we can make prepaerations to get your car repaired in a timely fashion and have you on your way. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  I will not accept your apology. Again I want a full investigation. I want video proof that I was driving a car from your lot. You have placed a lie on my name as a thief. If you are refusing to do a full investigation I will be forced to take legal action toward your dealership. As you are refusing to provide proof of what I have been accused of. Again this is unacceptable.

In ref to [redacted],  [redacted] picked up her plates and current registration tag on June 13, 2016 . Also Tom Peacock Nissan sent correction letter to [redacted] Credit Bureaus behalf of Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] acknowledged the letter and left Tom Peacock...
