William did the inspection on our home and we found him to very very professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of our home. Bill Ericson and the Pillar to Post team were all fantastic to work with! We received the full and detailed report the same day, with the radon results 48 hours later as promised! The pictures in the report were super helpful, and we feel confident we have a very detailed inspection on the home we are looking at purchasing. At first I was disappointed I wasn't able to stay for the full inspection due to COVID-19, but after speaking with Lori (scheduler/customer service) I was happy and understood given the current situation. The sewer scope guy (Kyle) was also awesome and gave some great detailed information, which as a first time home buyer, felt essential! Thank you again!

Tom came and did a thorough inspection of the property and gave us the results and he was very personable and kind he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the inspection and that it was done properly. I was super impressed at the inspection made by the Pillar to Post inspector Tom R. He was very thorugh and did not leave any stones unturned. Not only did he notate all of the problems with this "newly renovated" property but he explained his reasons for notating the problem like what statutes he was qualifying his inspection. In most cases, he also explained how it should have been done or how it should be fixed.
It definitely saved me a lot of hard work and heartbreak if the property was purchased as it was stated as being recently renovated!

Pillar to Post is a home inspection franchise that most people have heard of. This particular office Tom R team is the preferred home inspector for all star realtors and business associations.
Home inspections can be scheduled online and by email. My family have used them on five home inspections now and his inspection reports have saved us thousands of $$$$ during contract negotiations.
You get what you pay for. Tom R team also offers Sewer scope and radon inspection at the same appointment time. They offer 3 different price packages I usually go with the middle premium package.
Your uncle Joe is a real smart mechanic or electrician and offered to do a free home inspection for you. But please don’t hire this uncle Joe to inspect a half million dollar product!

Tom was extremely professional and very thorough. He found things that helped protect our family and answered all our questions. We will use him again for any future inspections.
