Professional Home Inspection Services. William E was my home inspector. He checked all appliances, plumbing and other parts of the house including the outside of the house, basement and attic. Very professional company and excellent services. The inspector was very detail-oriented and thorough. Literally inspected every corner of the house and created a detailed home inspection report.

Tom did our inspection and as first time homebuyers my wife and I were a bit nervous about things getting missed and coming back to haunt us. The detail of his inspection made me confidant that nothing would surprise us in future years and he answered all of my questions in honest and helpful ways.

Tom R did an inspection for us of an historic loft in LoDo. His inspection was thoughtful and thorough. While he pointed out some minor flaws, he concentrated on the important defects and documented them carefully. During and after the inspection he clearly communicated the import of his findings. We can recommend Tom without reservation.

Our inspector was Bill who was wonderful. He was there before the appointed time, went through all his inspection points and explained what they meant since this was our first inspection. He showed us what he referred to in the report he wrote up, for example, a wiring issue, we got to see just exactly what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and very patient. His attention to detail was very good. We had our report on line before we even made it home. Thank you Bill. If the entire staff at Pillar to Post is as good as Bill, they are an incredible company.

We were not at the property during the inspection, but our daughter represented us and told us that Bill E from the Tom R team performed an excellent job! He was thorough, explained the problems he found so that our daughter and us could understand, and the costs were quite reasonable. The report was put online the same day so we could review it from our home, 600 miles away.

Incredibly pleased with Tom’s attention to detail and levelheaded assessment of this home. He and his team have been professional and have given us detailed information without stepping into conjecture and drama like can be tempting for less skilled inspectors. As a former military family, we have moved all over the country and have worked with many inspectors on both sides of the home buying transaction. This report is by far the best example of an objective and straightforward inspection we have seen.

Bruce was very thorough and honest with me. He provided me with a report binder immediately upon finishing the inspection-he actually brought his own printer to give me a hard copy.
The reason I used pillar to post is that I had watched Bruce inspecting my son’s house when it was under contract. He did a great job for my son and also now for me. Again, Bruce was beyond thorough which is exactly what you need in an inspector. I would definitely use this company again.

Tom R was not only punctual, he was extremely thorough in his assessment of my new home. His report provided great insight into potential safety issues and maintenance concerns that would need to be addressed by my builder. The infrared light report was particularly interesting and insightful. Great resource left behind with the summary and “full report of his inspection. He is talented and knows his stuff!

Tom showed up early, stayed four hours and did a very thorough inspection. Over the past 44 years, we have bought/sold many homes and this was first time I thought inspector was worth the expense.

We had an inspection performed by William Ericson during a townhome/duplex purchase Denver. We we able to get it scheduled on relatively short notice and the communication from the office was always timely and clear.
The inspector did an excellent and efficient job with the inspection itself. Answered all of my questions directly and was great in helping with some of my specific requests for follow-up. Roof inspection was by drone; we didn't order any thermal imaging. Also got a sewer scope from a separate tech, which was also professionally done. The detailed report, which included permits pulled from the municipal databases, was immediately delivered on-site.
Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time I've used Pillar to Post, after Bill did my last inspection a fee years ago, he was right where I headed when I needed another one. He found serious issues which I wouldn't have thought to look for and saved us the time, money, and headache we nearly had by buying a house with a lot of problem, and things on the verge (such as the water heater at end of life). I will be requesting Bill's services again shortly when we find another house since that last one didn't work. They are professional, thourough, and well worth the price.
