Review: Friday 3-25-17 I went to tombstonetactical.com and placed order # [redacted], for 6 of the same product for $86.95 each. I entered in all of my payment info, processed the order & received a confirmation email thanking me for my purchase. Later that day at 3:48 pm I got a call from them stating that the price had gone up and the price I placed my order for was now only available for $118. The rep was laughing & seemed very amused at my dilemma. The call got disconnected at 3 min 28 sec.

Monday 3-28-17 I called & spoke with a representative at 10:40 am. He stated that the issue was that my payment had not been received. He took my payment information & processed my order for the original total of $531.69 with shipping & thanked me all in 3 min 54 sec.

The same representative called me back six minutes later and stated that they only had one product at the original price point and the rest would have to be purchased at $118 a piece. His response to my frustration was that there was only one quantity of the item available and the system would let anyone click 100 to add in the shopping cart, but would only be able to purchase what was available. He was very rude and ornery. I eventually talked to a a manager who was also zero help, offering the same illogical explanation.

My standpoint is, there is a huge problem with this business. Their ordering system is ineffective, customer service is apathetic & rude, the manager & owner don't care about honorable business practice. Their ordering system is so bad that an employee couldn't tell what was available or not, placed an order over the phone with me for products that supposedly were not available. The owner is not taking ownership or responsibility for his mistakes. The manager wouldn't even admit that they made a mistake. If a customer can order 100 products that are not available, pay for it and get a confirmation, that is a huge problem. If this happened to me, then it has to several others.Desired Settlement: They need to honor the price that was available at point of sale. I entered my payment info, processed the order, which they accepted & agreed to by sending me a confirmation email thanking me for my purchase. This whole situation is ridiculous & the owner needs to do the right thing & own up to his mistake.

I would never do business with them again, due to poor business practice, poor management, terrible customer service, & lack of empathy. They didn't even offer any any solution to mend the problem.

Since this is happening to me its happening to who knows how many other people. I feel that they need top remedy the situation and learn from poor business practice. Too often the consumer gets the short end of the stick with zero repercussion from a bad business. My solution is a check of $186.30 which is the difference between the original $86.95 & supposed new price of $118 times 6 the quantity I ordered. It's the principle that matters most. Hopefully this will never happen again.

I'm Myron the Manager in which this customer is speaking of , The story is simple, we showed 1 item in stock when the customer placed his order, we initiated a call to him to let him know that we did have one available at the price he saw. He wanted six(6) in total, but we only possessed one(1), the other five (5), we would've had to get from a different vendor at a higher price. We explained that to him, but he insisted that we sell him all six (6) at the same price which we couldn't. Unfortunately, that was not the answer he was looking for. I told him that I would check to see if I could get authorization to sell him all of them for the same price, again that couldn't be done. I called him back and explained it to him and he wasn't happy with the way we did business.

I plafed an order and made sure that the product was available then days later I find out that they didn't have the part of my order. Then I responded with them through an email and verified that the products that were available were wanted still so I received an email stating that they did mail the products and a receipt was sent also. Then a call was recieved stating that they had mailed the product and that I would receive in 3 days and payment was verified for them to bill me. I checked my PO Box 8-08-2015 and not so surprised that no shipment made, intact I checked the tracking number and [redacted] verified the shipment was returned back to them. Its outrages that a company would act in such a way and not even email me that they didnt want my business, that they rerouted the product back to their store.

Was looking for a hard to find product for a couple of weeks. Emailed with Jeremy and next day the item was in thier inventory! Ive had 3 dealings with Them and highly reccomend them as Your go-to Gun store!

At 2:25 PM on 11-15-2014, I made a purchase at Tombstone Tacticle and used my [redacted] card. I was charged for the merchandise and sales tax (Invoice #[redacted]). I then ordered additional items, including a handgun (Invoice #[redacted] at 2:33 PM.
When I returned home a couple of hours later, I noticed a service charge ([redacted] fee) on the second invoice of over $20 on the credit card purchase. I called Tombstone at [redacted]1 and told them to cancel the order on Invoice #[redacted].
The next day, the 16th, I called again and left the message “Cancel this order. This is fraud.” I then called [redacted] and explained the situation. [redacted] said, “This is fraud. Do you want us to file charges against them?” I said it was not necessary because I had cancelled the order.
I did not hear back form Tombstone on the 17th of November. On the 18th, at 2:11 PM, I called their main office in [redacted]). I explained the situation, emphasizing fraud, and told them again to cancel the order. I would not be paying for it. After a 17 minute conversation, I was told the manager would call me back.
I did not hear back from the manager, so on the 20th, I called [redacted] and explained the situation again. [redacted] informed me that I would not be responsible for the charges, because it was fraud.
Now, two months later, after checking my voice mail on my old phone, I could not believe the call I received from Tombstone in[redacted]. On 01-24-2015 at 11:05 AM, a call from [redacted] ([redacted]) stated, “We need you to return the handgun and parts on the order, or pay us for it. If you don’t, we will call the [redacted]’s office in[redacted]” (not sure what that meant) “and the [redacted] to retrieve the handgun.”
I contacted the[redacted], and was referred to the Attorney General’s Office. Before I filed this complaint, I called Tombstone back at 2:45 on 01-30-2015. I talked to[redacted]. I was informed it was a misunderstanding. Right now, I’m just contacting the Revdex.com. Tombstone should take 30 seconds of their time before they threaten customers with [redacted] and [redacted] retaliation. This was an unacceptable business practice, that stemmed from fraud to begin with. I felt it necessary to change my [redacted] account number. You can’t trust a business like this.

I would like to say that I had an excellent purchasing experience with Tombstone Tactical. And I will be doing business with them in the near future. Their staff gave great service. I will recomend them to all my friends and associates.

I have had nothing but good dealings with this place. I live about 30 to 40 miles from their phoenix store and gladly make the trip. I have also not had any problems dealing with them on line as well. I would and do send people I know here.

Ordered a Remington R1 Enhanced and TruGlo sights May 3 2016. Sights delivered May 5, pistol delivered May 6, in perfect shape. Helpful and friendly salesperson, and a great price way below Cabela's. It doesn't get better than that. A happy camper!

With out a doubt this organization is the best gun store in arizona. Im 67yo. And I have been in most. Number 1 in the followig CUSTOMER SERVICE, RESOLVES PROBLEMS QUICKLY, WELL TRAINED IN GUN NOMANCLATUR, PRICESS THAT ARE THE BEST I HAVE SEEN.

I placed an order for a firearm through Tombstone Tactical. Once my check arrived, the item shipped to my FFL promptly and exactly as ordered.

Since then they've proactively followed up with me, and other past customers, to help us get anything we might be looking for. The service was courteous and capable.

Their pricing is often very good and I have passed their name onto friends looking to make similar purchases.

My experience with Tombstone Tactical was absolutely first rate. Emails were responded to immediately and everything transpired exactly as it should. One worries about sending a check to a business without having the goods in hand ... no such worries with Tombstone! I mailed my check from Texas on Thursday and on Monday received notice that payment had been received and that my item had shipped. It was received at my FFL on Wednesday in flawless condition. Tombstone's inventory was good and their prices reflect good value. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

The item I want is in stock: 50+ of them. I placed an order Saturday. I called to get the delivery estimate. They told me they first have to get it from the distributor first then ship it to me. The item is listed as 'in stock' and they dont even have the item. This is seriously misleading and borderline fraudulent; I would have not purchased from here if I had known of this. They receive the package from the distributor and send it out Thursday using 2nd day shipping. The UPS shipping policy is that if the package is shipped Thursday, unless its marked to deliver Saturday, it will not deliver Saturday. The 2nd day delivery option is completely useless and it will be just as slow as the cheapest shipping option (when shipped thursday). I emailed to request faster shipping with extra charge. No reply was received so I called to get a quote. Their overnight quote was 65 dollars. I dont understand how that extra charge justifies the free 2nd day shipping. The seller is wasting a ton of money by doing this. If the seller wants to continue to deal this way, it needs to notify customers that the shipping will take forever. Closing note, the seller is wasting money and I am an unhappy customer; I will not be recommending this to people around me and I will make sure I dont come back to Tombstonetactical.

Tombstone Tactical was a great company to deal with. Their customer service employees were pleasant and helpful. I was very happy doing business with them.

I recently purchased a rifle at the Tombstone Tactical Metro Center location. The employees were professional, friendly, and did not try to make me think they knew everything about weaponry & I knew nothing. They were willing to answer my questions and offered suggestions and (at my request), proposed alternatives for me to consider. They had LOTS of stock on hand, so I was able to see what I was actually buying vs buying something online. Prices were as good or better to the best deals I could find online (when you add shipping & transfer fees). Brick and mortar Gun shops like this one are becoming very rare . . . I hope locals stop by and give them a shot at your business. I have been back numerous times for ammunition and magazines, etc. Still happy.
