Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because the wrong yearbook was send to my houseI called Balfour and I was told they were going to call me backI never received a phone callI have no use for the yearbookThey need to send me a shipping label so that I send the yearbook back I want this business to give me my money back Regards, [redacted] ***

We have investigated this complaint and found that the customer returned her ring to the sales office on July 21, The ring was re-sized and shipped back to the customer on the same day, and delivered on July 24, 2017, per our tracking information We contacted the customer and she appeared to be satisfied with the service she received Again, I would like to thank our customer for allowing us the opportunity to resolve her issues Thank you, [redacted]

With regard to the below customer complaint # [redacted] – [redacted] (or [redacted] – be advised that we shipped a new yearbook to her via FedEx on April It appears that the matter has been closed as I am unable to post our response to the Revdex.com web site.***

Here at Balfour, providing quality customer service is our top priority We have since contacted Ms [redacted] to ensure that she did receive the correct announcement, both the custom and return address seals We also refunded her $(25% of the cost of her order) as compensation for this errorWe would like to thank Ms [redacted] for extending an opportunity for us to resolve this issue

We apologize that we have been unable to produce the yearbook ordered by customer. A refund check was requested on May 27th for $double the purchase price to compensate customer for the poor service she has received. She should receive the check within to days. If not received let us know and we will see that she receives it promptly. We do not need the yearbook she has returned to usShe may dispose of it if she wishes.*** ***,Vice President - Legal Affairs

I am rejecting this response because: As I reported
in my complaint, I found this branch of the company to be highly unprofessional and/or incompetent. I have many people traveling long distances for this event, and no faith that the items will actually arrive as stated. I again request that this complaint remain open until we have the proper size and style of graduation gear in hand. If they prefer to ship the merchandise directly to my residence, I will gladly retract the complaint
