I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me I need to find who made the ring because two Balfour employees at the local office told me it was their trademark before shipping itI also was told by a Balfour vendor at the base bx that it was indeed their ring and trade markHe promised it would be fixed and that's when it was sent back however and my shipping was keptOn top of that I went to four jewelry stores and they verified that indeed it was balfours trade mark logo for military on the inside of the ringUsing Google to find balfours trade mark SYMBOL also appears to verify that the military trade mark pops up as Balfour during searchesI also called the lack land AFB BX where I went to basic and bought the ring and they verified it was not only Balfour that was used as a ring vendor in but also the only vendor used by *** in yearsThe BX is willing to comment and verify that Balfour designed the *** rings in July I asked for a photo of the symbols that would show the trade marks but they did not provide me with their trade mark to compare symbolsThey also did not make me a list of common Sybil's used by other companies when asked so I can see who else it may be made by
