The customer contracted Tony's Tree & Landscaping as a walk, when we where performing work in their neighborhood When the contract is written the salesmen goes over the contract with the customer The contract was signed August 12, Reference Line item 2a Cut Down

In response to this complaint, Tony's Tree is not responsible for surveying the property lines of your neighbor The job was completed to your specificationsYour invoice was written in October 2016, and communicated that it would be done in the spring, which you agreed too There is a
section on your invoice ***, middle of the page, thatclearly state: " All Debris is left on site/property This price does not include leveling the ground/earth or soil This is located on the Key Sheet If you would like a copy it will be provided with your signature on the form

In response to Mr ***, his contract was signed on May 27th, the work in his area was expected to be scheduled in the next to business days Due to the high volume of emergency calls we have received in the last two weeks his work has been delayed The work is always scheduled
around the weather Emergency jobs, trees on houses, garages, fences etc take precedence Unfortunately due to the tornado in Rochester and the heavy rains in Buffalo the emergency jobs are higher in volume.I have spoken with Mr *** and have explained the situation, which is he is understandingI will be in touch with Mr *** to let him know the ETA on his job His response " that's not a problem Really appreciate you keeping me in the loopThanks!"He also has a number to contact me directly, if he has further concerns.As a company we appreciate and respect our customers, we thank them in their understanding of weather dependent work!

I spoke with the customer on June 1st regarding the error in billing her card, I apologized and sent her a text message receipt that I processed the refund I also asked her to send me information showing she incurred fees I spoke to our merchant regarding her refund, I was told 2-
days for them to process the refund See attached email confirming their policy

where are of tree wasI feel the quality of dirt use was not of topsoil quality also no grass seed was plantedI had some left over grass seed from this summer season so I reseeded as much as I could with what I had availableAlso, equipment used to remove wood chips damaged our chain link fence which runs parallel to our back yardOur backyard tree was removed September 19, and the final part of our contract was somewhat completed on October 18, Contacted company once again to report the damage to our fence on October 18, I can do no more than I have done with this companyThis contracted was not done in a timely manner, very upset over this...Would like additional grass seed to be spread over tree trunk area and also fence to be repaired or replaced where damaged

In response to complaint ***, customer called 5/7/15, appointment set 5/8/15, we explained to customerthat we were working in his area that time, jobs usually are done with in - business days of approval He did not approve the job.The customer waited to approve job He signed
the contract 5/21/ Unfortunately, our business is heavily dependent on the weather,the month of June it rained all but days This did create a longer lead time to start his job The customer cancelled the job June 20th at 6:pm.Tony spoke to the customer on June 22, the job was approved, work started on July 3, The stumps were ground on 7/24/ This job is complete

We apologized for the delay and inconvenience, unfortunately topsoiling is weather permitting Due to rain the topsoil becomes mud and you can not spread it We take pride in the work we perform This job has been completed to full satisfaction to the customer

When I eventually got to speak with Tony about this issue after a few failed attempts,I couldn't get a word in edgewiseHe kept repeating that it was an 'honest mistake" but did not listen and/or offer any resolution for this mistakeThe conversation with Cindy wasn't any different eitherHer cold answer to my experience was, Oh I don't know anything about that, you will have to talk with Tony " She certainly did not explain that the refund will take to business days. And the text was a third party transaction receipt.I am very disappointed with their customer service.The money is still not refunded to my account today-06/03/

As you can see on the bottom there is an amount listed as a percentage for stump removalI will be sending several more emails with the pictures as well of what they left and the three spaces where they did remove the stumpsSincere thanks for your assistance. They removed from some smaller trees that were also cut and left the larger ones which are in another photoIf no stumps were included in the contract they would not have done these eitherWhich further supports our claim they Tony did not complete the contract properly on his end or come back and talk with us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction as it stated would be done
