I was first came in contact with Top Agent Connection in late January and the sales person had raved how they had sellers for their agents in my area and that they charge a small fee of $to acquire the business and to then receive a percentage of the saleAll I had to do was complete a Realtor profile and all the rest would be handled, i.emarketing, contacting the prospects, scheduling the appointment for the listingI decided to sign on at a different rate and negotiated a different compensation for at least the first deal to see how they operate and if I wanted to move forward with this business transaction
After I built my business profile, my sales rep just magically disappeared and was in meetings all the time and would not answer my emails - mind you I started to reach out after four weeks of no activity on my account which it was presented that it was almost instant
It escalated to another team member who said that she would be handling my account moving forwardI had told her that I had reach out to my bank to dispute the charge as her company didn't back what initially was told to meShe had mentioned that at that point with all the social media marketing, which I had never seen, that they had put into my account that it would be impossible to return my funds back to me and that it took weeks to start seeing some lead generation but would be in more communication with me on the process
I received my last update on the process on March 21, and that was weeks agoI reached out to my new account specialist just telling her that I haven't heard from the company in weeks and that I wanted some compensation back before contacting my bank (for the third time) for a refundShe simply responded a few hours later stating that since I had an annual account, my leads would be generated over the course of months and there was no guarantee when I would receive themI was yet again escalated to the Referral Executive who sent me an email and then called me about minutes laterHis crude attitude made ti seem like that my contribution to my investment wasn't large enough and that I had signed a contract with them, which was signed weeks after I paid my initial deposit and they started advertising my profile and stated that advertisement wouldn't happen without signatureI wasn't aware that there were options to receive better service or even given the chance to explore that option!
I am a Realtor and I explain contracts to my clients daily so that they fully understand what they are signing and to eliminate the gray areaThe real issue with this company is that they do not back what they say and it always changes to their convenienceI wasn't asking for my complete deposit back just a portion because they didn't deliver what was promised to me about weeks prior
I have already contacted my bank and the dispute is in process and I have the emails to back up my claim!
Agents beware of this fraudulent company and their lies of success

On the week of August 25, I was contacted my Top Agent Connection and told they would provide seller appointments for me for certain zip codes in my areaAfter they charged my credit card, I did not hear a word from this company until I reached out on OctI was then called by *** *** profusely apologizing that she dropped the ball and she would not build my website and I would get set appointmentsI followed up monthly at to this day, Jan 24, I have not received anything from this company, in fact when I sign into the link I was sent on Novhttp://www.yourhomeselleronline.com/ It takes me to a page that states UNAUTHORIZED, and I don't have permission to view

This company is a total scamThey make a bunch of promises, and give you no services but still charge your credit cardI think they are out of business as most phone #'s associated w them are disconnected or give a generic voice messageStay away from these scammers

I was told the company had potential customer when in fact they did not what they did was take my money contacted For Sale By Owners and say it was lead when it was no lead

I signed up with this company months ago and paid $1,for seller leads for two zip codesThey told me when I joined with them I would receive seller leads in a couple weeksAs the weeks went on and I received nothing in return for a service I paid for, they would tell me they are closeA couple more weeksI called them about 6-weeks ago telling them it wasn't working out and that day they provide me with a lead which they said they spoke to and that person was waiting for my callI called the number and it was an incorrect numberThe owner, ***, said I don't know what happenedThen they gave me another lead in which the seller was an agent and gave them no indication he was going to list with another agentThat lead said they basically wasted your time and mineAgain, *** said verbally I dont know what's going onI will personally handle your account and we can begin the timeline for our service from your first lead That was July 8thI have received not on

I did not pay much attention to the negative reviews, but I faced a lot of the same exact issues I called in after a few months wondering where all the money is going and they said they sent an email to me I checked and it was in my junk mail, wasn't even a good lead When I signed up they promised to call me when there was a lead, never happened When I called to discuss my displeasure I was accused of lying about not getting a call, even though my caller I.Dshowed otherwise I paid less for another lead generator and I am far more pleased with the results I was told I would get analytics of the progress they were making, again nothing Waste of money and time!

We need a response.  I'm not understanding why the leads we were provided for payment weren't as we were told scrubbed/qualified.  The leads stated they are currently working with agents. 
I plan is to make this a long term relationship however, not if we need to spend time emailing and requesting not just a replacement lead but and explanation

I'm a real estate agent in Victorville, CA I paid $to this company on December 29, for seller leads and buyer leads They told me I would be receiving some of my leads within a few days I was given a document stating if after days I was dissatisfied with their service I would receive a refund minus the amount of any lead that was received by me After days and no leads, I contacted the company MULTIPLE times by phone and email NO ONE would return my call I threatened to file a complaint, and then I did receive a buyer lead who is not even a true buyer lead He is not ready to buy a home anytime soon I have since passed the day period and contacted the company again several times before they would respond They had several men on the line speaking at the same time and all I asked for was my money back I asked for them to refund me the money minus the lead I did receive whether it was a bad lead or not I was insulted by the men on the phone, told

Paid them $six months ago, and have received one lead and it was already to late when it was sent to meIf you dare question them they become very nasty, very fast!

By far the worse LEAD company in the business Took my money and nothing for about months, then they send me a buyer lead in Reseda which is about hours from where I work Empty promises and bad service....stay away

I used Top Agent Connection to get more sellers and to find other Agents to send referrals toStick with the program and it does work! It has got so much better this past few months too, as most newer companies growThis is now one of my best lead sources

I signed up with Top Agent Connection and paid them $for a year contract of leads from exclusive zip codes ($per zip code)The contract said I should expect an average of about lead every month I never received lead over the course of the yearWhen I contacted them they apologized and said they would fix the marketing and get it started right away and that they forgot to setup my account properlyThey made lots of promises to get everything fixed and I gave them the benefit of the doubt...however they never delivered a single lead to me (not even a bogus lead) The would not refund the money and they strung me along past the credit card day billing dispute cycle They are not returning my calls The phone number on their website is bogus They took my $and never delivered a single thing on the contract I should be refunded the full amount since they failed to deliver anything

Top Agent connection helped me find the perfect agent for my needsI appreciate that their customer service team listened to my needs and helped me go in the right direction

This company called and was to sell us leads in the real estate market They said they were running a special and promised us leads in months for $and they were suppose to be screened leads by their company We paid the $and they disappeared We did not receive any leads over the next months and called and emailed On June 23, we called and spoke to *** *** who we told we were done and send us our money back He was going to send us another leads and we said no we were finished and then he was going to talk to someone higher up and get back to us We never received the money and they never called back They are in breach of contract - what a bait and scam

On Nov 7, 2016, was contacted by *** *** from topagentconnection.com via email stating $one time payment and verified quality leads ready to move to be sent every 3-weeks for months (although he made the contract for one year) Called them Dec 22, no return calls Emailed again Jan 3, no return callsEmailed again Jan 5, no return calls Submitted poor review online, immediately received call from *** *** whom harrassed and threatened me to remove review or a lawsuit Stated can take longer than weeks, give it more time REmoved review and emailed *** to notify removal and requested copy of contract Feb 20, still no leads at all Asked again for refund and copy of contract, but he cannot provide a copy and now states the company does not guarantee anything However original sales email states otherwise Now that I'm on Revdex.com, I see other agents having exact same problems Reviewed their website and now the seasoned agents have been removed and agent

I paid for a service over days ago and this company promised to have leads sent to me within 30-daysI still as of yet have got nothing
The phone # 's for the company the person who signed me up are all out of serviceThey have not responded to any of emails either

I was initially contacted by Peter *** of Closing Calls on 1/8/by telephoneWe had a long conversation and on 1/9/I decided to work with his companyI was told that I would pay $up frontThen within 30-days I should be getting some live transfer phone calls from qualified sellers/buyersIf within that time length nothing happened, I had the option to get a refund or continue with the program
On January 15, Margaret *** from Closing Calls emailed me to setup a phone interview and was contacted shortly thereafter
I did not hear anything for about a month but I assumed that was since I was told it takes some time

I signed a contract for a minimum of seller leads a monthI got They even had the nerve to fight this with my credit card company claiming they did give me leadsThe leads they sent were for buyer leads not seller leads, and I informed them I was not interested in themThey replied at the time that they just wanted someone to handle the leads and had nothing to do with my contract with themTotal SCAMMER coSeems they now go by the names Agent Zip and Closing Calls I was ripped off by them for $dollars
