This company is a scam selling realtors on the "will provide seller leads directly to you"They promised leads in the first days and didn't send not leadAfter I emailed them they sent me three bogus buyer leads and claimed they had days to send me leads even though an addendum specifically said daysI recommend stay awaylet see how much of my money they will reimburse how it appears to be a scam

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The company suggests they provided a lead to me 6/25. This was a mobile home lead which is an invalid lead because it falls under the DMV jurisdicition. This is why reputable companies such as [redacted] and [redacted] don't distribute these as leads or accept them as a return for a full refund. In addition to being an insufficient lead I was out of town. So this was the exact email message received that day from [redacted].

Notes: [redacted] is having an open house on Sunday 1-4 and welcomes an agent to discuss options with her then.
[redacted]

I replied to him with the above response that it is invalid and why.
The second lead they claimed to have provided on 7/7/16 was a wrong number. How is that a valid lead when I cannot reach the homeowner. Then [redacted] emailed me saying she must have mis-typed the number.  They took the number off of [redacted] which was an incorrect number and an exact match. They also have claimed to have spoken with this lead. They clearly did not speak to anyone as the number on [redacted] was a wrong number.
This second (invalid) lead was provided to me only after I emailed [redacted] the Friday before that I wished to cancel and receive a refund. I did not hear back from anyone in the company. On 7/7/16 I called and spoke to [redacted]. Once I mentioned I wanted a full refund and to cancel she said, Oh we just sent you a lead. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bogus lead.
The third lead they claim to have sent me on 7/15/16 was a real estate agent himself. He said [redacted] (the rep) told him she may have a buyer for the property. He also said he is planning on re-listing his own home by himself. He said he gave her no indication he planned on listing with any other agent.
The lead sent on 7/25 was a listing currently listed with another agent. It is unethical for me to reach out to a seller when they are under contract. I told them I would not risk my license. I said she can reach out to me if she would like but I am unable to reach out to her. I said if and when her current contract expires, let me know. They said they would keep an eye on it. I have not a heard a word since.
8/5- buyer lead ( I signed up and PAID for LISTING leads but agreed to take some buyer leads not part of signed contract) This was the email sent to me on 8/5/16.

Notes: Spoke to Lead Rep [redacted] with Top Agent Connection. We are going to work with her until her home sales but we would like to connect her with you when she is ready to buy here in San Diego. We are working with the listing agent on this property so we will keep you up to date. Looking in the 800-900k range.

Since that day I have not heard from anyone in the company until I submitted my complaint to you when [redacted] emailed me to say he will be writing a response. Btw, when I first complained to him back in July via email, I never got a response.

Regards,
[redacted]

We have resolved this issue with the client and are happy to continue our business relationship with her.

We accept that there is a full refund for failing to provide QUALIFIED leads as stated when originally speaking with your company representatives.  In addition, we will also accept by having a clear understanding that NON of your organizations representative contact my partner [redacted] or myself.  Any further attempt to contact us via email, phone, text, or any type of social media we will proceed with our attorney contacting you and moving forward with not just a lawsuit but a class action lawsuit as we have received communication from other agents that your organization has conducted the same manor with them, which is collecting funds and not providing qualified leads.

Response to Complaint ID [redacted]To Whom It May Concern,    [redacted] became a client of Top Agent Connection on 06/13/2016. His investment was $899 for an annual term. The terms of service that he signed states that there are no guarantees in using the Top Agent Connection platform. Over...

the past year we have been in communication with Mr. [redacted]. Our company sent over 6 qualified referrals. The results of the referrals are as follows.[redacted] sent on 2/2, sold on 4/20
[redacted]- sent on 2/2/17, sold on 4/28[redacted]- sent on 2/7/17, current listed for sale at $549,000[redacted]- sent on 7/28/16, delisted on 7/22/17
[redacted]-sent on 5/10/17, sold on 7/19/17[redacted]-sent on 6/1/17, current pending sale at $749,000      Out of the 6 referrals sent, 5 turned into closed sales. Our job is to open the door of opportunity for Real Estate professionals to gain additional business. Our main stream of revenue is from referral commissions paid upon homes closing after escrow.  After 11 months on our program, Mr. [redacted] asked for a refund from our organization. Refunds are not possible after that length of time. We are more than happy to continue to work with Mr. [redacted]. I will personally give Mr. [redacted] a call to attempt to come to a resolution. [redacted]Opeations Manager

[redacted] signed up on or program 3/28/2016 and paid an annual fee of $1798.00. She sent her terms of service back to us on 3/31/2016 completed and signed. In the terms there is absolutely no guarantee of how many referrals are to be sent over the course of the year rather that she will be marketed...

in her designated areas to expose her to more motivated buyers and sellers. In addition, the welcome package states the timetable in which you should expect referrals, which is 6-8 weeks after joining. During her time on the program thus far, [redacted] has received 4 seller and 1 buyer referrals. They were sent on the dates of 6/25, 7/7, 7/15, 7/25, and 8/5. We're still in contact with these clients because we also work the referral with the agent all the way to the closing process. We resolved this issue in July with [redacted] and told her we would extend her term because she was concerned. Because she lives in an area where the property values are so high this is a very lucrative program. If she was to close just one referral on the program she would see a return of 10-15x on her original investment. When an agent joins this partnership they are required to make a co-investment that goes directly into the ad pool for their area. Our system is designed to allocate the budget over a yearly basis into several referral generation outlets. We cannot get a refund from these vendors therefore we cannot issue a refund to our clients. We have already spent money on admin costs relating to our employees working referrals for her and the overhead advertising costs. Not to mention all the inquiries we have generated that are in our follow up system until they are ready to meet with an agent to pull the trigger.

Our client, [redacted] signed up on March 28, 2016 for $1798.00 not $1,895.00 like she had stated in her complaint. We send out a welcome package to every agent stating that they shouldn't expect anything for the first 6-8 weeks and in some cases even longer depending on consumer behavior. To date, we have sent 3 seller referrals and 1 buyer referral to her although she says she has not gotten one lead. That is very concerning that she is not acknowledging the referrals sent to her. It's quite possible she is trying to avoid the fees associated with any success that comes from these properties. Contrary to her statement that she hadn't received any communication from our company since July 8th, we sent her a very solid buyer referral on August 6, 2016 from a out of state woman looking for a 900k property in the areas of San Diego our client covers. Attached below is the terms of service [redacted] signed to start the program.

[redacted] and her partner [redacted] signed up  for a 12 month program on 12/6/2016. We only allow one main account holder on the program that we will communicate with on their account. [redacted] is the main account holder. They received a welcome email explaining that could take up to...

6-8 weeks. Their account received two seller referrals: one on December 6th and one on December 30th. They immediately discounted the quality of the referrals knowing that real estate deals need to be cultivated and nurtured in order to see success. After [redacted] posted several negative comments on Facebook and other platforms I attempted to resolve the issue with her several times. I called her and she screamed at me very loud using profanity at high volumes. This kind of behavior and demeanor will turn off a client and if this is how they treated the client referrals we've sent then I can see exactly why they haven't had success with them. We have declined to counter dispute the credit card dispute [redacted] and [redacted] filed so if they haven't received the refund it will be coming soon and is completely out of our control. When it goes into a review process it can take up to 180 days for the credit card company to release the funds. We wish to not to work with either of these two individuals and move on from this situation. [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes, I was incorrect in the amount I would like credited back to my credit card. It should be $1798.00 not $1895.00.  In the previous email [redacted] submitted to the Revdex.com, he stated I received 4 seller leads and one buyer. Today, he changes his email to the Revdex.com to state 3 seller leads and one buyer lead. As I explained in my previous email a description of each supposed seller lead sent to me- not one was a valid lead. I do not consider invalid phone numbers to be a credible lead. A lead in which the seller is a realtor and says he will re-list the home himself. Apparently, [redacted] didn't read the complaint when I copied and pasted the emails in my previous complaint. This is quite disturbing that he is running a business and has no knowledge of the correspondence that has transpired between his employees and me or his boss, [redacted] and me who has agreed with me that the leads provided to me have been illegitimate. So much in fact, that he offered to personally oversee my account. The buyer lead they provided stated we will continue to keep in touch with this person and update you on the progress. Here is the direct copied and pasted email: Notes: Spoke to Lead Rep [redacted] with Top Agent Connection. We are going to work with her until her home sales but we would like to connect her with you when she is ready to buy here in San Diego. We are working with the listing agent on this property so we will keep you up to date. Looking in the 800-900k range. No update has been provided. This is the last communication I have received from them which was dated 8/5/15.   I am not trying to avoid any fees. I would like legitimate leads and this company has failed to provide one legitimate seller lead which is what I have signed up for. I have been with several other lead generation companies and have not filed one complaint with the Revdex.com until I came across this company. Biggest mistake ever was signing with them and I will be sure to share my experiences. The company employees even go so far as to write their own 5 star reviews on facebook and other sites.
I am happy to repeat each lead they provided and how each one is invalid so here it is again:
The company suggests they provided a lead to me 6/25. This was a mobile home lead which is an invalid lead because it falls under the DMV jurisdicition. This company just wants to take advantage of clients by taking their money and not delivering. Ironically, the person who is responding for this company says it is [redacted] who has agreed with me that not one lead was legit and stated I don't know what happened here. But [redacted] emails me to tell me he will be responding to my complaints on the Revdex.com. I am happy to send over copies of any emails you may require to prove I am correct and they are falsifying their information.  Oh, apparently they have rolled out a new program where the client can view their leads. Funny how not one lead shows on my page.   Please provide a full refund to my credit card in the amount of $1798.00.
