Per state law, driver's education companies have months to complete trainingAlso, customer is not fulfilling their end as the customer is only 27% of the way completed with the classroom training being provided to them onlineActually, they have only progressed about 10% in the online training since mid AprilWe are well within all legal parameters with this customer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The manager of the business is confused because we didn't have lessons within the first months, but the reason we couldn't schedule lessons is because nothing is available when we try to sign up with their website This is a Catch- Unfortunately, I don't have any documentation of this I also had called about this issue a long time ago, and got a sweet apology and validation of my feelings, but no available lessons

customer started classes at [redacted] in April 2nd Parent never called in for drives until October 8th and we notified her that she needed to restart the program due to the month state law and rulePer state rule, customer contract is void

Dear Revdex.com, In response to the customer complaint [redacted] , the customer attended class from 7/6-7/Per state of Ohio rules, we have up to months to complete the training programThe student is ad months and are not eligible to get their license until late SeptemberWe do our best as a company to prioritize and schedule students first the students who are already eligible to receive their license nowWe spoke to mother yesterday ad we wll schedule drives for her daughter and they will be completed by the end of September when they are eligible to get their licenseTopDriver Ohio

Dear Revdex.com:This letter is in response to case # [redacted] , as I have stated in my previous complaintsTheState Ohio mandates that every student must be afforded a 6-month window from the date thestudent starts class to complete their requirements.Every customer including Ms [redacted] signs a contract that clearly indicates that we mustmake available and complete the State mandated requirements within 6-months of the student'sclass start date.I have also attached a copy of State rule 4501-7-and ***'s enrollment formAs you can seefrom the form her drives are in fact scheduled and we are well within the 6-month requirementsplaced by The State.Furthermore, [redacted] signed up for class in February and did not complete the class in April andwe did have drives available during this time but they were not convenient with her schedule. As you can see by the attached schedule, we have gone ahead and loaded ***'s drives andshe will be completed on July 29, 2015.This is a full 2-months before the required 6-months has expiredHad [redacted] taken her classesin April she would have been completed by the end of May.Thank you for your time[redacted] TopDriver330-606-

The answer from the business is making reference that they are in compliance with the state law but they are not making any reference if they are in compliance with the experience they are providing to their customers, their website is misleading because in their page several times they make reference that they engage in a convenient way that fits our busy schedule and that It will fit our needs as customers, they also said that they are giving us the flexibility of choosing the classes that best fit our schedule and so far that is not my experiencein the first welcome email I received it said "once you have attended you first class and you have your permit you can schedule your in vehicle driving and that is totally a misleading information, as a customer when I received that email I automatically assumed that if she was taking her classes in June I could "easily" schedule her driving lessons and that it was going to be easy and in a convenient way for us but the reality is that it was easy to schedule the classroom lessons but to schedule the driving lessons is a long and very time consuming and frustrating process, when I first emailed them I was told I should wait until 7/so I waited but I was not able to schedule ANY class and then when I complained again I was told to wait until 8/so was I added by 7/like I was told? I do not think so because I was not able to schedule any class, and the ONLY hours class that I schedule was because I emailed them back, so they should correct that "welcome" email that it misleading for customers, they are making it seems as per this will be a very easy process but it is very difficult to schedule a driving lesson, they said it is because is summer so the school should anticipate the demand and be able to provide more classes because I signed thinking you were going to be flexible with me and work based on my needs, I have explained my daughter has been driving with my since February so my needs were to have her driving so she could be able to drive when going to school, I have scheduled my new work schedule based on that and now I need to make changesTheir contract said that the training has to be completed within months so if that is the case they should add a disclaimer on their website and make corrections to the email they sent to us because it is not easy and flexible to schedule the classes and it is impossible to schedule classes after the student takes their first in class lesson.where is their customer service orientation? their website said that they offer a higher quality of training by making it convenient for their customers, they should make a disclaimer with big letters saying: if you are going to sign in summer be aware this will take a LONG time to complete the program, I still feel their website does not provide a full explanation about how this works, they are misleading customers, I want to know whey I will be able to schedule the remaining classes.Issues:When I was added to the list to be able to schedule the driving lessons? I was told 7/but that did not happen- I was not given correct informationWhy the email I received said they can schedule a lesson after their first class when that is impossible? Why the website does not have the real truth about how difficult is to schedule the driving lessons? They do not take into consideration your needs, they are not planning their demand during summer, they do not understand their specific needs for their customers, their answer is making reference that they are following state law but can they answer to the customer experience they are providing? This has been a nightmare- I feel very disappointed with the service provided, I need to schedule asap the remaining of hours for driving lessons and I am requesting for them to update their website and their emails so they will stop misleading customers

First of all there has been no communication to me regarding my complaints until now, after I contacted the Revdex.comI have previously sent emails to Top Driver, called and left voicemails, all of which went unanswered so to say my complaints have been previously addressed is a bold face lieSecond, when I did speak with a representative the day of [redacted] 's first class to inquire about scheduling her in car lessons I was told that the schedule would be out the following Monday or Tuesday, also a bold face lieI called this company prior to signing this contract to get more information and the day of her first class and NOTHING and I mean NOTHING was ever said about not having any in car lessons available because it was summer and that I should expect to wait and wait and wait to get her lessons doneThe representative I spoke to on the phone prior to signing contract even made it a point to tell me to be sure to schedule her in cars after her first classWhat should have been said was although we allow you to sign up for in car after first class you will have to wait because we can make you wait because we have six months to get your class/in car completedI would have taken my business elsewhere had the employees been honest and forthcoming with that information which is why it wasn't told to me I'm sureYes, the contract says there is a target end date that says everything has to be done within six months but again, nowhere in the contract does it says that their company policy is to take your money and leave you hanging and not allow you to schedule your lessonsThe information is presented as an informational piece to the consumer so that we have to do our part and get it done not that the company is going to drag it out just because they can and want too! As far as my daughter having two more days of in classroom lessons leftSo what!!!!! We went on vacation and scheduled the make up classes like we were supposed toTo point out that she hasn't finished the classes is completely irrelevant to my complaint because her make up classes are scheduled and we can't even get the far with her in car lessons! Your company sells a service and uses a selling point that in cars can be scheduled after first class which it doesn't honor or make possibleNo where does it say that all classes have to completed before in cars so as I said it is irrelevantDon't offer sone thing you can't honorDon't ignore customers voicemails, emails, etcdon't take their money and then deny them services they've paid forThe fact that it is summer is not an excuseIt's [redacted] actually! Nowhere in your advertising does it say limited availability in the summer timeYou we a driving instructing school year roundThat is your businessA service a company offers such as this isn't something that is seasonal so get it together and give customers what they pay for instead of falsely advertising services that your company can't follow through with!

I just received this message this morning and will respond today

Hi,Attached are supporting documents for the complaint referenced above (ID ***) They are screen shots of the text conversation between myself and "Tom" from TopDriver, as well as a copy of an e-mail sent from Tom D*** to a group including myself, in which he threatens to sue me for
libel because of feedback I left on their Facebook page In addition to the tone and general content of the e-mail, I ask you to notice that he misquotes my response to whether my daughter completed the hours - the exact response is in the text thread The text conversation is mentioned in the original complaint The e-mail came after I filed the complaint, and I include it as support for my position that I should not have to accept anything other than a full refund and termination of this business relationship I believe it is clear I am not going to get $worth of convenient and accessible driving instruction for my daughter at this point. Thank you so much for your help.*** ***

To Revdex.com:I am responding to the complaint received on 3/concerning *** ***, I am a littleconfused as to why a complaint is even filed, the student in question enrolled in our driver'straining and completed classroom work from 6/- 6/He completed class and onedrivelesson. The
student and parent signed the State mandated agreement which requires the student tocomplete his or her training within months of the training date.We completed of the students required 2-hours drivesIt was observed at this time that thestudent had zero driving experienceWe suggested after this two-hour lesson that the studentspend more time driving with parent as he continues to schedule his drives with us.This was the last we heard from either the student or the parentWe are more than willing tocomplete his lessons, assuming he has spent more time practicing his drivingBeside our 8hours of in-cars, the student is required to drive hours with a parent or guardian. At the time of the students first lesson with us, that was the first time the student had everdriven. The mother is welcome to call me direct (###-###-####) if she is interested in completing thetraining.Thank youTom D***TopDriver

This letter is in response to case# [redacted], as I have stated in my previous communications tothese complaints, The State of Ohio mandates that every student must be afforded a 6-monthwindow from the date the student starts class to complete their State mandated requirements.Mrs. [redacted] signed a...

contract that clearly outlines this in her agreement. I have also attached acopy of State rule 4501-7-09 that outlines this provision. While we would like to complete every student who enrolls in our program in two to three weekwindow, the reality of this during the summer is not good. Each student has to hold is learner'spermit for 6 months prior to taking their State test, and this gives each student ample time tocomplete the requirements.[redacted] could have taken this class anytime in the past six months, but chose not to, as you cansee from the attached roster sheet she has not even finished the classroom work yet.We will do everything we can to try and get [redacted] completed by August 17, 2015.Thank you for your time.

Information is not misleading. We have 6 months per contract and state law.

the contract is 6 months but your website does not say that when you look to the information/ I have scheduled 2 of the 4 classes and it is very hard to schedule the remaining 2- my request is to schedule the remaining 2 class as soon as possible as per I need her to star driving and I can not wait for 6 months.your website should be more clear about it - You sent information saying that we can schedule a class after the first in class lesson but that was not the case for me, isn't that misleading? I was told I could do it in July but it was not possible Can a person schedule the remaining 2 classe? I check almost every day and it is very difficult to do it / when can I schedule the remaining classes? I still need to wait time to get the final paperwork /

I am rejecting this response because:The manager of the  business is confused because we didn't have lessons within the first 6 months, but the reason we couldn't schedule lessons is because nothing is available when we try to sign up with their website.  This is a Catch-22.  Unfortunately, I don't have any documentation of this.  I also had called about this issue a long time ago, and got a sweet apology and validation of my feelings, but no available lessons.

Per state law, driver's education companies have 6 months to complete training. Dear Revdex.com:This letter is in response to case # [redacted], as I have stated in my previous complaints. TheState Ohio mandates that every student must be afforded a 6-month window from the date thestudent starts class to complete their requirements.Every customer including Mr. [redacted]...

signs a contract that clearly indicates that we must makeavailable and complete the State mandated requirements within 6-months of the student's classstart date.Mr. [redacted]'s daughter is still within this 6-month window, and as I stated above he signed acontract agreeing to these terms. Terms, again mandated by the State of Ohio. We are clearlystill working within this 6-month window, therefore his complaint has no merit.Furthermore, our business policy at TopDriver is that a student must complete their classroomwork before they begin their behind the wheel drives. Mr. [redacted] daughter has not evencompleted 70% of her classroom work and is not even eligible to begin her drives according toour policy,As you can see by the attached schedule, we have gone ahead and loaded Brooke's drives andshe will be completed on July 29, 2015.This is a full 3-months before the required 6-months has expired. Had [redacted] taken her classesin April she would have been completed by the end of May.Thank you for your time.[redacted]TopDriver330-606-5611

Student started classes with TopDriver on 6/19/2017. Per contract and state law, we are given 6 months to complete training. Student has 24 hours of classroom completed and 2 hours of the 8 hour drive requirement scheduled. We are in full compliance with state law.

Dear Revdex.com, In response to the customer complaint [redacted], the customer attended class from 7/6-7/16. Per state of Ohio rules, we have up to 6 months to complete the training program. The student is 15 ad 10 months and are not eligible to get their license until late September. We do our...

best as a company to prioritize and schedule students first the students who are already eligible to receive their license now. We spoke to mother yesterday ad we wll schedule drives for her daughter and they will be completed by the end of September when they are eligible to get their license. TopDriver Ohio
