Bad company. They are out there just stealing and go to the next Bird.

Scammers
After posting my shipping order, they contacted me with the best rate. They required a deposit of $187 via zelle before picking my vehicule from Odessa, TX which I did right away. 5 days later my car still there and they don't pick the call. Disappeared. Everyone who has experienced that with the just let's put them down. Let me explain, they have an liability insurance who stand for them in order for them to operate as Federal Motor Carrier. So we have 1st write a complain against them to FMCSA, 2nd contact their Insurance to pay the collapse, 3th write a complain to Federal Trading Commission FTC to stop them, 4th write the DMV and contact a DMV inspector for investigation, 5th write a complain to Attorney General for customer protection support. Please let do this all of us, each one his own way. Thank you

I had previously dealt with 2 other companies and they couldn't get the job done. Krystal explained how drivers are limited due to COVID but she assured me she will get the job done. My vehicle was picked up2 days later and it was delivered yesterday. I'm one happy customer. Thanks too knotch

Car Delivered on 7/21/2020, order #XXXXXXXX. Scammed for an extra $100 by this company.. Agreed upon $537 auto transport from NYC to Florida. Deposit was paid $137 (Via Zelle App and to an individual not the company named). We were expecting to pay $400 upon delivery in cash which was understood and agreed upon. Driver shows up and demands $500 cash (an extra $100) without us having any prior knowledge of any rate change. At time of delivery, we are unable to reach any sort of manager or the company to explain who authorized any change of the amount to be paid. Driver threatens to leave with car while we are waiting to hear back from somebody "at headquarters". so we have no choice but to pay the extra $100. Person on phone at company says it was a $100 fee for expedited delivery which we never authorized or heard of (and didn't even need, it was an extra car that wasn't being driven any time soon). Person says a manger will get back to us after his lunch break, and of course never heard back from anybody at the company to explain. After the car was delivered we never received any correspondence from anybody or this manager who happened to conveniently be at lunch during this delivery.

Desired Outcome

We are requesting a $100 refund for the unexplained and unexpected and unauthorized fee

nailins order was expedited and he was aware of the rate. they let the driver load the vehicle. he was also double booked with another company and we got the job done for him. some people are just never satisfied

We were not ever aware of the rate change and have not been given any information regarding the rate change. We actually were satisfied with the cars physical delivery and were prepared to leave a good review of the company, until the driver requested an additional $100 in payment that we were unaware of and the company was unavailable to explain the charge properly or have any discussion. There is no documentation of this new rate, and all I have is a confirmation of the initially agreed upon rate $537.

Even during the drop-off the company stated a manager will call you back, however we never heard back or received any further explanation of who authorized the extra charge and why we weren't notified. I waited 1 week for any response from the company before filing any complaint. They are very quick to say "the manager will call you back" and hang up the phone quickly which is not proper business management. And if they believe that we were notified of the rate change, I would like to know exactly when that was and if there is any documentation of that. I still would like to see documentation that our rate was officially changed and where I (or anybody) agreed to that. I work honestly with honest companies and do not appreciate how this company is handling any of this.

I left a negative review of my experience on another website and they marked it as invalid as "I was not a customer of their business". However, that was easily overturned as I obviously have documentation showing I paid money to this company. This continues to show the dishonesty of this company even after they have taken my extra money.

This company must learn that there are consequences for unethical business behavior.

Additionally, we were never double booked with another company. This seems irrelevant to this case, however we never booked with or paid any other transport company. Why would I pay 2 companies to ship 1 car (they all require a deposit to book)?

I have attached my invoice upon booking with this company. I would like to see a specifically dated and timed document from this company showing that an extra $100 was added and agreed to by me. If they are unable to provide this (which I know they cannot do as I never saw or signed another invoice), I would like a refund of my $100. It seems like a simple task however this company cannot provide this.

There was a bill of lading that the customer has signed at pickup and delivery. Customer was aware his order was expedited he made it clear his vehicle was time sensitive

I have the paperwork given to me at pick up of the vehicle and there is no mention of any change of rate on the paperwork. Again, the car never needed to be expedited which is why it is even more frustrating to be paying an extra fee for expediting. The car is current still sitting unused in a parking lot. Never needed to be expedited and never agreed for that. I suspect this is not the first time they have used that excuse to charge extra, however this time they used that excuse on somebody who was purposely looking for a cheaper shipping rate because we did not need the car urgently.

We were standing on the side of the road in 100 degree heat while they are holding the keys to my car and refusing to give it unless we pay them extra. And when we call there is still no no legitimate answer or documentation.

I have the paperwork given to me at pick up of the vehicle and would like to upload that as well to the file.

Additionally, the company still hasn't explained why they blocked my review on another website saying that "I am not a customer of theirs". With every response, this company continues to dig themselves into a deeper hole. They can keep saying whatever they want however cannot provide any documentation. If you say I agreed to a higher rate, I would like proof of that. Any legitimate company should be able to provide that and end the dispute, correct?

Top Knotch Auto Shippers did not pick up my car as promised and after I requested a refund they said they had a transport available in my area.
On May 22 I contacted *** at Top Knotch Auto Shippers to have my 2009 Suburban transported to my daughter in Grover Beach, CA. I told them I needed it to arrive no later than June 14, 2020. They said my vehicle would be picked up on May 29th. I called them on May 28th to confirm the pickup and they said it was all set. I called again on May 29th and asked the pickup time frame and was told the driver would call. No one showed up on May 29th and since it was a Friday I had to wait until Monday, June 1st to call. I was told that they were working on getting the vehicle picked up and that the delivery date of June 14th was still good. I called several times that week and left numerous voice mails and also talked to *** and was told they were working on it. One week later on Friday, June 5th I called and left several voice mails asking for a refund of my $137.00 deposit and requested a call back. No one called. I called on Monday, June 8th and asked for my refund and was then told that a auto transport was in my area. Top Knotch Auto Shippers does not return phone calls and when asked for a copy of the signed contract they only sent the portion attached. Also in their contract they do not say the deposit must be by Zelle which does not allow a dispute. I want a refund of my $137.00 deposit.

The response is incorrect, Top Knotch Auto Shippers never did call to provide the drivers info and another company was not double booked. A totally false statement. As stated in my original complaint I called on Friday June 5th and left a voicemail wanting a supervisor to call me to discuss a refund since they failed to pick up my vehicle on May 29 after telling me that morning that the driver would call me, I waited all day and never got a call. I called on Monday June 1st and was told they were attempting to get a driver. I called several times that week and was given an excuse that due to COVID-19 drivers were not working. I called another shipper and was told that the COVID-19 was not affecting any shippers. After hearing this I called on June 5th and wanted to talk to a supervisor to request a refund of my $137 since other shippers were available. No one returned my call until Monday June 8th and *** said they had a driver in the area ( which I heard on May 29th) I told her I wanted a refund and was going to book with someone else she hung up on me. Top Knotch Auto Shippers does not even go by their own agreement as they only accept Zelle as a deposit, which you can't dispute, when the agreement states a credit/debit card for the fee. They seldom return your phone calls after they get your deposit and then the excuses start as to why they did not pick up your vehicle.

Once again the response did not address the issue and just repeats the same false/untrue answer. I did not double book. I want proof documentation that a driver was dispatched. I was also told a driver was dispatched on May 29 which was not true. Top Knotch Auto Shippers uses a $137 deposit as a come on and then gives you a date for your vehicle pick up that never happens and then you have a difficult time getting hold of anyone, that's when the excuses start as to why the date you were told is not going to happen. I want my deposit refunded since Top Knotch Auto Shippers Agent *** was untruthful in her saying a driver was dispatched on May 29th and again on June 8.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! if I could give a negative 5 stars I would!! *** will say what you want to hear, get you to sign a contract, and then the lies begin. One lie after another. won't return phone calls, emails or text. I have never worked with a shader company.. I asked repeatedly for a copy of my contract, as I could not retrieve it from my email, and she would not send it. So they ripped me off for $137.00. I had to find a new shipper.

I have had a horrible experience with this company. After I paid my deposit, no one ever reached out to me to set up transportation. The day scheduled came and went. I call, text, email and no one would answer my calls or return my messages. How the have a good standing with the Revdex.com is beyond me. Pay more worth someone else.

I took a chance and trusted krystal during this pandemic. she gave me a great rate and my vehicle was picked up and delivered quickly. Thanks.

I cannot say enough good things about Too Knotch Auto and krystal who I contracted to transport our 2018 Cadillac Escalade from Georgia to our son in Florida . Krystal helped us the entire way. I thought we would have to wait for a couple of weeks. We signed up with Krystal on Tuesday and she called called us on Wednesday and said someone would be picking the car up the following day. She was true to her word, and the price was right. The driver Jason was also excellent. He was friendly, polite and accommodating. He kept us informed on the time he would be picking up and kept our son informed on when it would be delivered, which was important so he could take time off from work. Great Company!!!

this is my second time shipping my vehicle with krystal at top knotch and they never fail me. I always get the best rate from them. ive referred a few buddys over to them and they also shipped their vehicles. I will always refer them and continue to use top knotch

Krystal worked hard to get my vehicle shipped as we had problems with the person I bought the vehicle from being available for pickup. She rescheduled the pick up a few times to get it done. I will use them when I need to ship a vehicle again.

My complaint is their customer service and them taking money without providing you the services
This company is FRAUD! I made a deposit of 237$ to have my car picked up in January. They ONLY receive money through zelle. The day before my car was supposed to be picked up NOBODY from this company had reached out with ANY information to me about a driver. They day they were supposed to pick up my car, I called over 15 times, Sent over 6 text messages, and 2 emails to receive info on a driver or a refund. She claim their dispatch is not open until 11pm, so I waited until 11pm! Still NO answer!! They NEVER reached out. They are stating that we are under contract but I have never signed any contract! I ask them to show proof of the contract I have signed and they have no way of showing proof of a contract. They claim they have reached out to me to inform me about what was going on with a driver but not ONCE after them taking my payment did they reach out via call, text, or email! I have requested my refund back and they deny. We will be suing this company and will file a legal lawsuit against them to get them shut down! The employee CONSTANTLY hangs up on you, she declines calls and send you straight to voicemail. When I asked to show proof of a contract she stated "Oh you don't have your contract huh, well I am going to make this very hard for you" and hung up! On their website the stat they have a 24/7 customer service, THAT IS A LIE. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD!!!!

You are stating that me double booking with another broker disqualified me out of my contract, what contract did I sign and will you be able to show proof of my signature on that contract. You never reached out to me the day y'all were supposed to pick up my car so why wouldn't I call another company!? We spoke about you coming to pick up my car on Jan 12. Nobody reached out to me Jan 12! I called more that 13 times with no answer. Your complaining that we are calling after hrs when on your website it says 24 hr customer rep!! My grandma mother never called in cursing NEVER and I NEVER ever left a voice mail in general. Your customer service is terrible and how you are explaining your contract is a lie because there was one never sent and if so SHOW ME PROOF OF MY CONTRACT

the customer made the payment themselves through the link we sent him and signed a docusign agreement. hwe have messages where hes asking for the contract and voicemails from his rude grandmother cursing. he double brokered and misplaced his contract. we have text messages also from the customer

We were looking for a company to transport our car from Sarasota to Illinois, we signed a contract and reading reviews /and talking with people I decided to cancel the contract in which it said "may cancel ,24 to 48 hrs., " I spoke with
*** and told her at that point my son was going to drive my car back to Illinois, however, he couldn't, so we were on the search for another company and my car was transported without any problems *** wasn't interested to what I was saying. She called me on1/29/20 and said she found a driver to transport my car, I told her again that we already had it shipped. Shre, she hung up and charged an extra $200.00 for a "dry run". No driver truck showed up on 1/29/20.

$137.00 broker fee and $200.00 for "dry run" total $337.00

We had a contract with Top Knotch to transport our car from Florida to Illinois, the contract said we could cancel 24-48 hrs prior to.pickup,I called Top Knotch approximately 7-10 days prior to the date 1/30/20 and told them we no longer needed their service, *** became upset and said "whatever".So when she called on 1/28/20 and said she had a driver for 1/30/20, I reminded her I had cancelled the contract, she said she didn't recall that conversation. So still having time to cancel I sent her an email. She said $200.00 was for the driver, no truck or driver was ever where we, we were at and she knew the car had already gone we would have had to meet, the truck couldn't come down the street. I think we should get the whole $337.00 back. I'm

we are the broker our fee is only $137 for dispatching. whatever they paid the carrier is between them and the carrier. if the carrier charged them a dry run fee its because they wasted time and fuel to go pickup and deliver the car as requested by the customer.

Regarding Transport Order # 8210-WY: VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MISLEADING INFORMATION
Regarding Transport Order # 8210-WY: As a longtime car collector, I have been having cars transported for about 20 years. My experience with Top Knotch Auto Shippers, USDOT #XXXXXXX, MC#XXXXXXX, has been the WORST! Their representative, ***, lied indicating that they have trucks and she dispatches, as she provided a "low ball" transport fee. She indicated that they could only accept a deposit through Zelle and not the traditional credit card companies that all reputable auto transport companies accept. After signing their agreement which provides for a return of the deposit if they have assigned a driver within 10 days they are to refund the deposit. During the intervening time period they were impossible to communicate with. They would not answer the phone or return messages. They would not respond to text messaging, and the emails I send "bounced back". They did not provide any transport carrier. Of course, they did not return the deposit. The FMCSA Motor Carrier site indicates that their insurance is pending cancellation. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT ANY VEHICLES.

Asked for refund of the $200 deposit.

This is Totally not true. I engaged them to transport my newly acquired car on 1/09/20. They had until 1/25/20 to provide a driver and did not. I cancelled my listing with them on 1/25/20, requesting a refund of my deposit, which was never refunded. On 1/31/20, *** sent an email ALLEGING they had secured a driver, but was only a re-write of the original listing. This company continues to post falsehoods, and had also indicated that I was not their customer on another complaint I posted.

Mr *** contacted another broker and double booked his order therefore he forfeits his deposit not to mention he turned our driver down and ended up paying the other companys driver more money after having our dispatchers work on his order
