what a horrible experience ,I ordered a hat from them in november of and received it at the end of december 2016,months! when I opened it I found that I had purchased a very expensive ball of cloth that was poorly made ,much too small and out of preportion,their communication is terrible ,obviously they couldn't care less about the customer,don't buy from Anovos !!

After receiving the ANOVOS TK Storm Trooper kit I noticed the helmet was damaged in the shipping processI notified ANOVOS per their website via a trouble ticketThis ticket was ignored until I posted a negative experience on their Facebook pageAt that time I was greeted with standard "We will have someone look into your issue and contact you soon." I was contacted the next day just to have a lengthy email chain continue for two months with no resolution to my damaged goodsI was given promises of a resolution and eventually the agent handling my claim stopped the correspondenceI waited two weeks before contacting ANOVOS again about my still open claimOnce again, no replyI once again took my grievance to their Facebook page to be told, "Hi, the support team is still sourcing replacement helmets for cases like yoursThank you for your patience while they get everything sorted." so after months of waiting for a resolution I am still waiting for my issues to be resolved

I just received my A New Hope Stormtrooper kit from AnovosIt was my first purchase from this vendorThe helmet is the only part complete, so that I can put the rest of the armor together myself, and it was very well executed It was well packaged for delivery and arrived earlier than the FedEx shipping site said it would (by a day)I had heard that previous customers requested more communication from Anovos during the process of costume creation It's sort of like kickstarter, where they gauge interest in costumes before they go out and make them, so you will have to wait awhile to get what you want as it pertains to the more elaborate costumes But you get a good price for doing it this wayThat way you can get a great costume, but they don't waste time making things no one wantsI thought they had excellent email communication, which really made you excited when it was finally time to get your box They did seem to miss their intended earliest shipping estimate, but they explicitly tell you that this is a project that is coming together and that it is only an estimate It came about a month later than I had originally thought, but I believe the quality and craftsmanship that went into it, was well worth the wait, and again, the price was really good as wellIf you are not a patient person or you need something on a specific timetable, then you may want to buy only what is in stock on their websiteAll in all, I'm very happy so far, though I have yet to start putting it together(Crosses fingers)Oh one last thing, I emailed them once with a question, and they answer faster than I thought for a holiday weekend, and were very politeThis is my first Revdex.com review, I'm only now starting to put out online reviews for things that really resonate with me, good or bad I hope this helps

I am completely dissatisfied with their customer service I ordered a jacket, expedited service, for my son's birthday It was supposed to take days but took two weeksThe company offered to let me return the jacket but after six weeks of chasing them, they still haven't got their act together to issue me a return voucher I finally went to my credit card company who credited me back the total cost

I've ordered three things from themAll arrived on time, with communication from Anovos and the shipper during the order and shipping process

I found the anovos both at comic con offering a con discount on their products back in Julyi ordered a $ [redacted] jacket from the new star trek movie and was told that it would take a few month for the order to be filledwell after not hearing anything from then I decided that I wanted a refund because it was a huge purchase and there was zero follow upi was told that my money would be refunded in to business days on December 20th and its now January 14thive been trying to get in touch with someone almost every few days by email and phone calls with no reply

I placed and paid for an order almost 1/yrs ago (4/2015) Response to inquiries about the order over this time were dismissedThey said check the web site for general posted information I kept doing that and the date of delivery kept being pushed out into the future.They finally said it would be delivered Q(July to Sept 2016)Today I read a post that this item had been canceledNo notification to meNo attempt to refund paymentI got the impression that if I was willing to pay an additional $I could get the item as part of a new larger (and unwanted) orderI now believe all the complaints I have heardBuyer beware

I purchased a Star Trek Voyager Command Burgundy Large jacket from Anovos in early June I had positive experiences with them but I am a natural medium so I ordered a large because their size chart indicated this jacket would end up being smaller sized so a large would be necessary based on my measurementsWhen it arrived, it was way too large, as if it had been a large for the other productsAlso, even though they caution the color varies from lot to lot, this color was way off the markIn any case, I contacted their customer service who agreed to take it back in exchange for a Teal Medium jacket of the same varietyThey sent me a shipping label and paid to have it shipped back to their warehouse in Bloomington CAIt was signed for in Bloomington at around 10am on 6/18/Today is 6/25/and the replacement has still not shippedI contacted them numerous times and even searched for alternate phone numbers, once reaching Dana G*** on his cell phone as he was helping to set up their booth at SDCCI was given the work email of the representative who was working with me and made to feel that my replacement would be shipping last weekAfter emails, numerous private messages, and even some further attempts to contact Dana G*** about this, there is still no resolutionMy facebook private messages are being read but not responded to however I am unsure of the other messagesI am very disconcerted to learn of many many other customers who have been similarly vexed by this companyHowever, as to those that have been waiting years for products pre-ordered that were in the design phase, I will say that no one should ever wait that long but my product is sitting in their warehouse in Bloomington! It is not a designIt just is not moving

[I placed the order back in 02/05/After sending them the money, closer delivery time 07/The company stopped responding to my email for upgrade and delivery timeThis probed me to request a refundEven though they refunded my moneyI believe this needs to be stated on their record for providing a horrible serviceAs I do not believe I would have received any feedback or refund if Revdex.com did not get involvedThank you BB for thatTheir was no apology offered by the company or any note containing that their were sorry about what happend and provide an alternative as I really wanted to get the item

I purchased a pre-order that says you can cancel the refund at any time before it ships for full refund, I put in the cancellation days after ordering and they asked me to fill out a page refund/cancellation form and the ticket #hasn't been updated or touched in weeks and I still have not seen my refundI have had to open a dispute case with my Credit Card company because Anovos doesn't have enough help or employees to support their customer baseI will refrain from telling others to go to them for products as they are slow and unresponsive business and are way biggger than they can afford to be

I've been trying to get Anovos to address a quality issue with a product for nearly two monthsAfter emailing them times, using their chat times, and responding to their 'ticket' for my issue I at last got my response back todayThe item, according to them, is within 'acceptable variance'This product is of their premier line, cost ***, and was a simply Kirk TunicThe stitching is irregular, the collar itself isn't centered, and the fabric was sown in a that it bubbles up on the collarI will never shop from this company againTheir firm terms and conditions mean anything purchased is essentially 'your problem' once it shows upI will never shop here again, and would not recommend it to anyone

I pre-ordered and received a complete TK storm trooper armor kit The company delivered an amazing product at a fraction of the cost of other kits I had to email customer service in regards to a return and they were awesome I have ordered another pre-order knowing it will take time

On Black Friday they offered 15% off on an item which I jumped on, thinking that was the best deal they were going to offer and the item could possibly sell out as it was actually in stockOne week later they marked the SAME item for 25% offWhat business actually offers MORE money off so soon AFTER Black Friday? To make matters worse, when this issue was brought to their attention they refused a partial refund for the sale differenceHow hard would that have been to show a little customer service, not to mention ensure customer loyalty? Well, they've ended up losing my businessAnovos is very deceptive and apathetic when it comes to their treatment of customers and should be avoided at all costs (no matter how attractive their products are)

In all my years of dealing with varying degrees of customer service, Anovos without a doubt is the worst I have ever seen! I understand their business model and realize that they do not produce until they have enough pr-orders, that's fine however what I cannot abide is the non-response to customer service issuesI opened a ticket for a replacement piece on July 21st, after weeks of no response, I complained via their public facebook pageI finally get a response days later requesting pictures of the damaged itemI submitted pictures the same day...and here I am over weeks since the one and only reply and still waiting for a responseI complained once again to their facebook page but now I feel like I am being ignoredI will never, ever, purchase a single item from Anovos again!!!
