I ordered the ANH TK kit in Tier pricingIt took a long time to get but Anovos kept us apprised of changesI have been happy with what I have relieved

[redacted].... I do not accept this response from the company for simple reason is they lied as to when delivery would be taking place . And they don't like my tone .. Well is you spend a great deal of money on a product a wait over six months and you get an abnoxious response from said company that has your money . I think you would be a little upset as well . Put yourself in my shoes Mr . [redacted]

I tried to buy a $600 costume from ANOVOS, but the order was not processed (due to my zip code being incorrect in my billing address, which was my bank's fault for entering it in their data system incorrectly), but ANOVOS charged me anyway.
So, I am out $600, and will not receive what I tried to order. Their customer service is terrible, they don't talk to you on the phone, and they do not provide an explanation via email. This is criminal.

After receiving the ANOVOS TK Storm Trooper kit I noticed the helmet was damaged in the shipping process. I notified ANOVOS per their website via a trouble ticket. This ticket was ignored until I posted a negative experience on their Facebook page. At that time I was greeted with standard "We will have someone look into your issue and contact you soon." I was contacted the next day just to have a lengthy email chain continue for two months with no resolution to my damaged goods. I was given false promises of a resolution and eventually the agent handling my claim stopped the correspondence. I waited two weeks before contacting ANOVOS again about my still open claim. Once again, no reply. I once again took my grievance to their Facebook page to be told, "Hi, the support team is still sourcing replacement helmets for cases like yours. Thank you for your patience while they get everything sorted." so after 4 months of waiting for a resolution I am still waiting for my issues to be resolved.

what a horrible experience ,I ordered a hat from them in november of 2015 and received it at the end of december 2016,13 months! when I opened it I found that I had purchased a very expensive ball of cloth that was poorly made ,much too small and out of preportion,their communication is terrible ,obviously they couldn't care less about the customer,don't buy from Anovos !!

I've bought many, many items from Anovos. Yes, sometimes they take a long time to arrive, and yes, their customer service can be less than stellar, but they have--to date--ALWAYS come through. Furthermore, they recently initiated an online chat facility which I've used to resolve several issues smoothly.
Their products are absolutely top notch, and standout among others.

I just received my A New Hope Stormtrooper kit from Anovos. It was my first purchase from this vendor. The helmet is the only part complete, so that I can put the rest of the armor together myself, and it was very well executed. It was well packaged for delivery and arrived earlier than the FedEx shipping site said it would (by a day).
I had heard that previous customers requested more communication from Anovos during the process of costume creation. It's sort of like kickstarter, where they gauge interest in costumes before they go out and make them, so you will have to wait awhile to get what you want as it pertains to the more elaborate costumes. But you get a good price for doing it this way. That way you can get a great costume, but they don't waste time making things no one wants.
I thought they had excellent email communication, which really made you excited when it was finally time to get your box. They did seem to miss their intended earliest shipping estimate, but they explicitly tell you that this is a project that is coming together and that it is only an estimate. It came about a month later than I had originally thought, but I believe the quality and craftsmanship that went into it, was well worth the wait, and again, the price was really good as well.
If you are not a patient person or you need something on a specific timetable, then you may want to buy only what is in stock on their website. All in all, I'm very happy so far, though I have yet to start putting it together. (Crosses fingers).
Oh one last thing, I emailed them once with a question, and they answer faster than I thought for a holiday weekend, and were very polite.
This is my first Revdex.com review, I'm only now starting to put out online reviews for things that really resonate with me, good or bad. I hope this helps.

I found the anovos both at comic con offering a con discount on their products back in July. I ordered a $[redacted] jacket from the new star trek movie and was told that it would take a few month for the order to be filled. well after not hearing anything from then I decided that I wanted a refund because it was a huge purchase and there was zero follow up. I was told that my money would be refunded in 10 to 15 business days on December 20th and its now January 14th. ive been trying to get in touch with someone almost every few days by email and phone calls with no reply

Have endeavored to reach out to customer, but customer's free email client (hotmail) is likely rejecting our emails. (See attached ticket log.) 
We've reached out to him again yesterday, to wit:

As it appears that Hotmail is having issues sending emails to you via our support system, I did want to let you know that we had replied to your ticket earlier.
This was noted on 21 February:

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I have our fulfillment team researching this issue and we'll get back to you as soon as I receive an update regarding this order."

We have reviewed the complaint relayed via the Revdex.com and have already addressed the customer. 
Due to the tone of the customer's responses to our Customer Service Representative regarding the update he was given, plus the fact that the item would not be available until a later date (then deemed unacceptable by the customer), we utilized our right (as per our terms and conditions that the customer agreed to when placing the pre-order) to cancel the pre-order and issue a full refund the customer. The individual in question was issued a full refund, no questions asked, and that terminates the sale for both parties. 
We have already responded to the customer prior to issuing his complaint to your organization, so please feel free to close out this issue as there the sale was terminated and no further business will be transacted with the complainant.

I've ordered three things from them. All arrived on time, with communication from Anovos and the shipper during the order and shipping process.

I am completely dissatisfied with their customer service. I ordered a jacket, expedited service, for my son's birthday. It was supposed to take 3 days but took two weeks. The company offered to let me return the jacket but after six weeks of chasing them, they still haven't got their act together to issue me a return voucher. I finally went to my credit card company who credited me back the total cost.

I purchased an item from Anovos in July 2015 with an estimated delivery of Nov 2015. Delivery dates have been continually pushed further and further back . New estimated delivery date is March 2015. This is poor business practice and obviously they don't care about customer service. I am very disappointed and will never purchase from them again.

I was shopping in Arizona Mills , I did ask the price of a Lacoste men fragance ( small. ) the seller [redacted] ( old lady from Argentina) told me if I decide to buy the next size ( medium) I needed to add just 10 dollars ,or 20 for the big size , she keep speaking speaking , I got involved and distracted with her multiples histories, and after the sell I realized ,from $ 39.00 , plus $10 plus this that there , I paid $ 64 dollars ( insane) obviously I didn't have enough money,

I paid credit card 50% cash 50% , I am walking to my car very disappointment and I though myself, I paid too much and I needed gas for my car! I came back to the store and I did apologize, I said I won't be able to take the big size, I overpass my budget, should you please switch the product for the small and I will have cash back for my gas please, she says not, very rude showed me on the cashier side a note ( small letters) not exchanges or returns .....

I said I won't returned ... I just need one of less value, she responded furious ....not not , I can't to do that, less than 5 minutes that I bought the product!!

My opinion it's very expensive place, horrible customer service, screwing the clients, not honest at all ... Nobody should buy there!!! If you appreciate your money Run. !!! Keep walking you will find the same product 20 or 30 % less in any store!!

It's sad that they still in business , obviously taking advantage of their policies ... Not exchanges not returns !! It Sucks !!

Deceptive business that abuses refund policy. Bought 130 dollars in merchandise after being manipulated by the seller, came back 5 minutes later after finding out that everything I had purchased was severely overpriced, and had security called on me.
