I am rejecting this response because:Though the tradeline has now been removed from the major credit bureaus I have not received any documentation from Torres Credit Services and/or the original creditor indicating that the debt will not be sold/collected upon again in the futureAdditionally I have not received confirmation that the debt will not be reported again in the futureI request that Torres Credit Services provide a letter indicating specifically that the following will NOT occur:ATorres Credit Services will not sell the debt to a different collection agencyBTorres Credit Services will not report this debt again in the future under any circumstancesTherefore I request that Torres Credit Services contact the original creditor and provide evidence that this action was completedThank you

whatsoever which fall within the purview of the Telemarketer Registration Act, 73 P.S. § 2241 (2005), et seq., (hereinafter “the Act."). As you know, under the Act, "a telephone solicitation call does not include a call made to a residential or wireless telephone consumer;... (2) in reference to an existing debt, contract, payment or performance.” TCS was attempting to collect an alleged debt forwarded to it by [redacted] and a second alleged debt forwarded to it from [redacted]. On February 21, 2012, [redacted] provided a credit card number to pay the [redacted] account in full but the credit card declined. Attached is confirmation from [redacted] that the balance of $55.02 remains due and owing. [redacted] confirmed today that [redacted] account is paid in full. TCS discontinued collection of the accounts, requested deletion of its trade line from all credit reports and closed its files.
