(2) in reference to an existing debt, contract, payment or performance." TCS was attempting to collect an alleged debt forwarded to it Southern California Gas Company. Attached is a copy of the utility bill and account summary which confirms the balance due. Also enclosed is a letter previously forwarded to the Consumer regarding this account. However, TCS has discontinued collection of this account, requested deletion of its trade line from all credit reports and closed its file.I trust that this matter has been fully and finally resolved by TCS and I remain,Very truly yours, [redacted]., Esquire

Attached is confirmation that TCS's tradeline no longer appears on the Complainant's credit report of the three major credit reporting agencies.  As [redacted] is the owner of the account and inasmuch as TCS is no longer collecting this account, any and all further questions or disputes should be directed to [redacted].
