There was an unauthorized purchase via *** to Tory Burch LLC shipping to my name at a warehouse location in CaliforniaI contacted them to tell them that the purchase was unauthorized, it had not shipped yetThey said they could not stop the order because it was pending
A few days later I got an email saying that the order had shippedI called them and the scripted response was basically that they could not do anything
It really appears that this companies business model is insurance or tax fraud, as my *** won't pay for it so it will be a business loss for the company, as well as someone with a warehouse full of illegally obtained merchandise to resell

Called customer and explained that we currently do not have any Fitbits at this time. Due to some feedback on a newly launched Fitbit bands we have made several enhancements to these items. These enhancements are being applied to all units produced going forward. Her
order is expected to be delivered approximately 11/**/14. Customer understood and accepted the situation.

I sincerely apologized to Sherita on her experience with the Ella tote and am having UPS pickup the tote.  Once it is in transit I am exchanging the Ella tote for another Ella tote in the color of her choice.
