Good morning! The client has submitted that they were contacting their Sales Representative for months They also are referencing a Brenda We have no Brenda Their Sales Rep is Corey I am not sure who they were contacting previously I spoke with Corey and he has no emails or voicemails from this client However, customer service and responding to our clients timely is extremely important to our organization The customer had contacted our Contract Admin team at the end of September The person they were working with unexpectedly was out of the office due to a death in their family The information and response to this client did not happen timely due to this The client did call our New York location on 10/and spoke with our Contract Admin team At that time the revised contract pricing was quoted to the client but the client did not want a new contract and wanted to speak to someone regarding getting out of their contract At that time, the Sales Rep was engaged and client was told that Corey would be contacting them The Sales Rep was out due to illness last week I spoke with him this morning and he will be working with the client to resolve the situation Thank you!

Corey has reached out to the client. When he called the customer was in a meeting so he followed up with an email for her to call him to set up a meeting to discuss everything. Thank you!

I am rejecting this response because: We call the help desk number and they are the ones that keep transferring us to a Debbie. NOT BRENDA. In any case, it is their team that transfer us and we have left voicemails with whomever they transfer us to. It is their neglect not transferring us or getting the message over to the proper person. It should not take since June of this year to get through to someone. We initiated contact as we continue to get hit with overage charges. All we wanted was to up our allowed amount to avoid paying so much. We feel it is necessary for them to do right and either allow us out of our contract since their turn around time is so poor or come up with some resolution that will be acceptable.

I had water damage covered by insurance I wanted to make some changes which cost me more they never talked to my insurance company and I had numerous changes to my quoted price they sub contracted my epoxy floor to another company and I wasn't happy with the outcome they offered my a discounted price and said take it or leave it that they would put a lien on my property I acepted the discount but have to live with a floor thats 30% flawed
