Great company and service. We leased a color copier from the Buffalo office and it has been wonderful. The staff takes great care of us, service is quick and effective, and never any billing issues. Would recommend.

We are a small church actively marketed to by Toshiba Business Solutions in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Our need was for a copier/printer lease.
Although we were promised no more than a four hour wait for needed repairs/service, from the beginning it has been more along the lines of a day or more, effectively putting our printing capacity "out of business" for that period.
Worse than the fact that we were clearly lied to, they don't seem to care when the excessive wait time for service is pointed out.
Very difficult to actually contact anyone by phone or e-mail, so not very accessible, which comes as no surprise given how awful and unresponsive customer service has been.
Terrible company.. Would never do business with them again.
