read all materials they are sent as the commitment they agree to with our program is substantial and somewhat complex, making it very difficult for our sales folks to cover every single detail via phone call. This is precisely why the materials are provided in the first place. Deposits are, by OTR Leasing policy, non-refundable given a significant amount of backend, operational work and preparation goes into documentation and asset make-ready for customers. For this reason customers are required to put a non-refundable $500 deposit down on equipment in order to have said equipment held for future pick up / lease and kick off this process. Deposits are transferrable should the prospective customer decide he would like to lease a different tractor than originally chosen. Despite this policy, OTR will refund [redacted]'s deposit in this case, as there was no significant operational work that took place before [redacted] chose to not do business with OTR. OTR also records all phone conversations between customers and employees - there was certainly no vulgar language or inappropriate comments made. [redacted] wanted to move quickly, OTR worked to accommodate his desire to move rapidly to truck pick up, and [redacted] neglected to read the informative materials he had been sent in the middle of this. While [redacted] may not have heard what he wanted to hear on the phone call that took place regarding the lease agreement and maintenance savings account, his assertion that he was mistreated or mishandled is ridiculous.

I am rejecting this response because:This issue has not been addressed. These people have continued to give me the run around. I would like to know how this company plans to resolve this issue on a truck that was Not repaired by them when I came to sign for it.aThey need to refund my repairs & tow costs. The bill was included in my last correspondence.

Revdex.com: This resolution is only accepted if OTR is agreeing to place the refund back to the credit card. I notice they never mentioned how they would refund the $500 
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
