Solely for clarification purposes, we do wish to point out that members of our panel earn “points” for the surveys and other research activities they participate in (they do not earn “money” (or cash) as was described in *** ***’s complaint), which such “points” then can be used to purchase merchandise or gift cards in our reward center. By the way: my WIFE filed & her account is gone. I feel like it was my fault as I was unaware of 1 per address. She has NOT received a reply & she should. She's honest & takes time to do surveys even though most of them have NOTHING to do with our lifestyle or are just ridiculous. PLEASE let her resign up & get her points. These recent survey sites are getting so cheap regarding points & criteria. Not just you: ALL of them. Hardly any samples now & stupid questions. I have no time to waste. My Wife is disabled & can answer more.

On 10/*/16, we sent the below email to [redacted] and also left a message on his voice mail. Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about the issues you were experiencing. Upon the further review of your account, we note that incentives for surveys [redacted] and [redacted] have been awarded and redeemed. For survey [redacted] there is no record of you having entered the survey, thus no incentive is owed for this survey. We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We understand you have spent a great deal of time participating in our surveys and we value your membership with us.
