Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Harris Interactive, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They contacted me asking to provide with the information, even though I has been done so already. I provided all requested...

information, but several days later they sent me "follow up" email. It looks like they didn't read my response. Again, responded to the new email and received new "follow up" email. It happened many times. I respond them in each email, they do not read my response and keep sending me "follow up" emails. Recently, I received several emails that my emails cannot be delivered to this company. I have feeling they just blocked me.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

First of all, I never received any redemption codes in the mail that you allege. Secondly, You have identical "J-codes" for different studies. I have proof of that going back to 2 years ago and I explained this to your representative at ###-###-####. You assign identical codes to different studies and then claim the that studies were all paid up!
I have spent more that an hour wasting my time going back and forth for the lousy money that you are obligated to pay. Your company is either scamming people or have incompetent employees. You can explain your story to the General State Attorney in New York.
I will no longer waste my time emailing with your company. You can mail me a check for my services or open up your books to the State attorney!!!!

Actually, this is a follow up to my previously filed complaint...

recently. Harris has contacted me and my issue has been resolved and I am satisfied with the handling by them. However, TWICE I attempted to contact you folks as I was unable to login to make you aware that my issue was resolved. I forgot my password so I clicked on the link as instructed which stated to click there if assistance was needed to help login. You never replied.

Attention:  Dispute Resolution Services Mediator   This letter is in response to Complaint ID [redacted] from [redacted]   On February **, 2016 [redacted] submitted a ticket explaining he has not received surveys in months, and he couldn’t access his account to view his account....

This ticket is under his first email address, [redacted].  A response was sent to him that all members’ passwords were being loaded due to the recent outage.   On February **, 2016 another message was sent to him explaining his account was unsubscribed because our emails were marked as spam. In our records, his email address is marked as feedback loop.  Once an account is unsubscribed we cannot reactive it. We expressed to him that he is welcomed to rejoin by following the link we have provided him, but will need to use a new email address for HIpoints to be transferred. He provided us with a new email address, [redacted], and HIpoints were transferred.   On July **, 2016 [redacted] submitted a ticket expressing difficulties signing into his account. This ticket is under his new email, [redacted].  At the time, he was not able to receive a temporary password. We looked into the issue further and his account was removed.   On August **, 2016 a message was sent to [redacted] explaining he is welcomed to rejoin under a new email address and HIpoints would be transferred. We apologized for the confusion and re-registering a second time.  Once he has re-registered, we have offered him a courtesy grant of 625 HIpoints to his new account.   Please let me know if additional information is required to resolve this complaint. Regards, Michelle V[redacted]Nielsen

On March [redacted], we have sent the following messaging regarding her difficulties accessing her account: Dear [redacted], We have received your Revdex.com complaint. Thank you for contacting us regarding not being able to access your account.  Upon the review of your account, I show that your account has...

been removed due to quality issues.    We track internally each panelist’s performance in each survey and over time to determine if there are any quality issues across multiple objective measures.  If your performance demonstrates consistent issues across multiple measures in surveys across a period of time we send an email that reminds you of the key factors that ensure data integrity:  to not rush through surveys, to only take a survey one time, and to provide honest, thoughtful responses.  This email is sent when your performance measures are still at a level where you have ample opportunity to improve and avoid termination.    This email does not allege any misconduct or bad intent towards you.  Rather, our actions are based on strictly objective criteria, applied with the greatest of care and due diligence, and in the interest of meeting our ethical obligations and our obligations to our clients to provide them with only the highest quality of survey data. We do apologize for the difficulties you have encountered and we would like to offer you a one time cash with your remaining HIpoints. Please confirm with us if you would like to do a one time cash out.I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you. We contacted her again on 3/*. In order for us to resolve this complaint She responded back on 3/* and we offered her a one-time redemption. We redeemed her HIpoints for $55 Amazon gift card and asked her to confirm with us on 3/** if she has received her reward. On 3/** we sent a follow-up message asking [redacted] to confirm if she has or has not receive her reward. On 3/** we sent a follow-up message asking [redacted] to confirm if she has or has not receive her reward.   Please let me know if additional information is required to resolve this complaint.
