I was charged 94.97 for a product I never ordered
After being charged for a product I never ordered I called their customer service department and cancelled the order, I also had them remove my name from their lists, after not receiving a refund to my bank account I sent to e-mails both of whivh went unanswered. As of this date I have never received any word back from them and have never received a refund

I say Advertising Issue but it's a abuse issue of people's credit cards.

I ordered CBD Hemp oil for pain $4 They added automatically CBD Gummies which I do not want.
I found out the phone number was bogus, the email was bogus, the address is bogus and so it continued.
Although the company site said Nature's Relief, I suddenly got texts for Poro Hemp Oil. Then BTP*NYLONSALES at 800-955-4498 (this company made bike handle bar covers-Both bogus. I called customer service at 800-203-3605 and they said they would send an email confirming the cancellation to me, but they did not. They gave me an order of cancellation as XXXXXX
I have called every way I could and tracked.
I have their terms of agreement. It is copied and pasted and a joke with all kinds of typographical errors. They are running all kinds of ads and are a scam. After you get your bottle, they charge you $99 every month. But nowhere does it say this until you try to quit.

Contact by the Business Contact to end without use of my personal info, charged to my credit card, false advertising and use of bogus sites, etc. A sample bottle for $4.95 charged $11 and find out going to charge $99. Cannot reach them anywhere and every link is dead to sites, company names etc. All bogus. It isn't the $11 that is so upsetting, but it says they will sell all my info to third parties and are not responsible for them etc etc. So I am getting slammed by all kinds of garbage calls, texts and emails.

Herbal Edge is a SCAM. Scamming people into a trial and providing fake name and number on the credit card.
I agreed to a trial for skin product which would only cost for shipping and was never notified that I will be charged recurring charges. The trial was sent in December 2018 and in January and February I was charged $75.95 & $79.95 for a total of $155.90. I tried calling them under the number they provided on the credit card HERBALEDGE 18885924498 CYP 3075 however this is not a valid phone number. I finally called the other company Beauty Land that also did the same and charges me recurring charges and it turns out this is the same company running under two different names who also charged me for January and February for a total of $136.31. The same person picked up for both companies and agreed to refund me only for one month February but refused to refund me for January. There was nothing sent to me via email or mail or anything that I will be incurring monthly charges for this. When I explained that the number they provided on the cc bill was invalid he had nothing to say. I did not authorize anything. I hope someone does something with this fake company that is running under different names out of this location. They are charging me under the name of Herbal Edge and BH which stands for BeautyLand. This is a SCAM. There are many separate complains under both names.

I would like a refund for January and February charges from BH and Herbal Edge companies for a total of January $142.36 and February $149.85. Total $292.21. The representative mentioned that they will refund me for only February not January. This is unacceptable ad I did not authorized the recurring charges. This is a scam.

This company has drafted money out of my account on several occasions. When I call to resolve this I am told I have no account with them and must be calling the wrong company. I have recieved the phone number from my bank, and still can't get a resolution. I cancelled my debit card and got a new one so this company can't get anymore money and somehow managed to draft my account again. If I have no account what am I being charged for.

On several occasions I have requested this company to discontinue sending me their product and asked them to stop taking money from my account $99.00 each time, I had to contact my bank to have them stop payment to this business. It has gone so far as to cancel my credit card and I had to order another. They continue to send me the product and I continually ask them to stop. I have contacted them via phone as well as sending them an email request and they still continue to send their product.

I ordered their product and then called and cancelled. Dr did not recommend.I thought I did this all in same day but the person who answered my call about my account being charged argued that I cancelled the next day. She told me that I could not receive a refund for the charge. I asked to speak to a supervisor several times until she finally put me on hold and conveniently forgot about me. When I cancelled I was assured that this order was cancelled. Rude and a rip off!! The amount of money is minimal but it is the principal of the matter.

Refund I would like a refund for the money the took out of my account. I don't know how many other people they have ripped off by saying they cancelled the order, then charged them without it being noticed.

Thank you for your response. The business decided to refund my money after their representatives continuous declaration that I wasn't getting my money back. Perhaps they need to review training their representatives not to be so argumentative to customers. And when a customer ask to speak to a supervisor they let them again without being argumentative over that.

wife originally ordered supplements from them, not realizing they would continue to charge the account. she got the original 2 bottles of supplements in September, has been charged twice monthly in October,November & December yet has only received 1 more shipment of supplements. Would not cancel, allow return of the second shipment, or refund any money. totals for the 3 months charges are 576.70. their customer service was no help whatsoever.

Have disputed the charges with my bank. to date, they have been able to refund me for 2 months of charges, have been unable to get the last month refunded.

I was naive! I suckered into a shipping only trial for these supplements, Smart Body Max GC and cleanse. I didn't see in the fine print that states you are automatically added into a subscription situation and that each bottle costs just under $100. I emailed to cancel but was told that doesn't work after the second charge of $100 per bottle. When I asked to stop shipment and return my money they only offered 50% refund with not return options even with unopened product. There are no links on website to do anything but make a purchase and no social media pages that I've found. Very frustrating!

I ordered a 14 day trial of two products, Garcinia Cambogia, and Cleanse Active on my cell phone. At that time, I did not agree to receive further product. The product arrived in early August. My checking account was debited the amounts of $4.97 and $5.97 on 6/14/18. I did not sign any contract or agree to further shipments. On 6/29,2018 my checking account was debited again in the amounts of$94.87 and $89.97. I had not checked my bank account until 8/2/2018. I had been travelling at that time. Upon discovering this charge, I contacted the company and asked for a refund and why I was being charged for a product that I had only received the samples of. I also stated that I had not agreed to receive any further shipments. the company refunded $49.97 and 47.97 on 8/3/2018, a partial refund. On 7/30/201, my account was for $99.94 and $95.94. On 8/16/2018 and 8/23/2018, I filed a complaint with my bank. I have not received a refund or the products. I have spoken with the company on two occasions without resolution. I was charged $94.97 and $89.97 for two products which were a trial offer where I was only responsible for shipping of $4.97.
On July 27th I received a Facebook notification regarding the Smart Body, max GC extract, Reboot cleanse. It was advertised as the new diet innovation that all the Shark Tank investors invested in because the products were amazing. The trial offer was $4.97 for shipping. I received the product and before I had an opportunity to try it I was charged $94.97 on 8/13 and on 8/20 I was charged $89.97. I received both products at the same time although I was charged a week later for the second product after I called to cancel my membership when I realized this was a scam. The representative told me that I had 10 days to try the product before I was charged. I never received any notification about that and no website was given on the confirmation e-mail. I asked to return the product and was told there are no returns. I hadn't even used the products. A week later I was charged for the other product, the reboot cleanse. If the representative was correct, I should've been charged at the same time for both products since they were ordered together and came at the same time. I believe I was charged twice for the same products because I decided to cancel a membership that I wasn't given the terms for.

Would you please investigate this issue.

I have been unable to contact this company regarding billing and cancellation of subscription. I am very unsatisfied with the product.

Web site is deceptive gives you a 30 day bottle of pills and a 14 day trial if you don't contact them prior to the 14 days being up they charge you the full amount of the 30 day supply. If you do not write down the number or print off the final sales page there is no way to get the phone number to cancel the trial. There is no further contact information available on the web site the only way to contact them is with the phone number which I had to get from my Bank after I was charged the full amount. This is obviously a scam if you don't get the number they will charge you. nothing you can do about it. This may be Legal but it is questionable business practices. If they were ethical a contact number would be easily available on the site. You would not have to order a second bottle to obtain the phone number.

I fell into their scam of accepting a free 30 day sample from them that said I just had to pay shipping.
Site stated in big bold letters that product was 100% free to try for 30 day supply of weight loss vitamins. Just pay shipping which I did on June 6th 2018

Early this morning at 12:41am a suspicious charge was placed on my credit card for $94.97 from this company.

When I called the girl said I was stuck paying the 94.97 and that was that and she said to read the fine print. Very rude.

I went online and had a hard time finding the company for one and when I did I read a lot of fine print but none had the amount of 94.97. It mentioned a fee of 89.00 if you did not cancel in 14 days. Well the ad said 100% free 30 day sample. I didn't even have the product for 14 days to even try it.

I want my 94.97 back from this fraud company. I get nowhere when I call them. Just the run around saying my order has been cancelled but I still will be charged the 94.97. When I ask where they got that amount from they have no answer. It certainly isn't in their fine print. I want my money back. They can have this so called free product back. Looking online you can buy it for six dollars and change at gnc

After starting an order, I tried to back out of the screens but could NOT but instead received a message thanking me for my order. When the product first arrived I received no invoice or receipt for trying to process a return. I could find no phone # anywhere.A week or so later, automatic shipments began arriving and my bank statement had recurring charges.
