The company has a thirty day money back guarantee. I first called because my total charged was more than I was anticipating from the website which advertised buy 2 get one free bottles. With a price under the picture of $36. When I called to return it as I was charged $102 the representative asked why and I said that I did must have ordered the wrong special as the total was too high (10/9/14( I wanted to spend about 70.00. He offered me a discount coupon for 25% off which would bring the total to what I was anticipating and would refund it back to my card. I said sure if it didn't work I was sending it back. He refunded the money and my product was shipped. After 3 days on 10/23, I have not seen any benefits and wanted to return it for the full refund. I found the number online- it was not on ANY of the packaging or shipping material. I was told I could not have a refund because I had received a refund to keep the product. I explained that this was not what I had been told but that it was a coupon code and asked to speak to a supervisor. A supervisor got on the phone and would not listen to my side of the story and pulled up notes from my file (the other person did not have any notes) saying that I would keep the bottles fro the refund. I tried to explain that this was not the case. I wanted my full refund of 75 dollars as promised on the website. he said no and that there was no one else to speak to. I said I would have to file a complaint and he then said he would refund me another 25%. I asked to speak to someone else again and he again said no one was above him and he would refund the 25% only. I accepted that but still would like my full refund as advertised by their company. I said it sounds fishy that I call to return it and I am given a coupon that voids my guarantee with out my knowing it. This company falsly advertises their product as buy 3 get 2 free and then charges you for all the product. When I called customer service they said they were sorry that I misunderstood their advertising. They made no attempt to correct their over charging of the product and failed to stand by their statements. No way to contact to discontinue order. Attempted phone as no address listed. I contacted the company several months ago to discontinue my order and was only able to leave a voice mail (though it was during the documented hours of operation). They called back during the time they were told not to call. I have made several attempts to contact but there is no answer or even an option to leave a message. This is an automatic deduction from my checking account. I just want them to stop sending and deducting it automatically. Product sent on an online order that was never completed or submitted. Now I have to pay return shipping for a products I never ordered.On 11/26 I clicked on an advertisement for Total Garcinia Cambosia. I began to fill out an order for some of the product and filled in my information to purchase a bottle. The next thing I knew, I was sent to another window to buy another product, then when I clicked on that item I was sent to another window for more items. In frustration I exited all the screens thinking I did not complete the order. Then a couple of days later I noticed a charge for four different orders that totaled over 375.00. I immediately called the number and told the customer service rep that I never completed the order nor did I want the product. The lady told me it was too late to cancel and to call back when the four packages came in to get an RMA. I called today 12/3 to get an RMA and spoke to [redacted]. She gave me 4 RMA numbers and the address to [redacted] I asked her if I had to pay return shipping and she said I did. I asked to speak to a supervisor because I never completed the online order and never receive email confirmation of it. She kept putting me on hold and then she came back and said that I could return but I had to pay for a tracking number to get my refund. Otherwise, it would take 30-60 days if I did a return to sender. I explained that I should not have to pay anything and I felt I was being scammed by the internet windows of advertisement that kept popping up. She began to get irritated with me and began speaking to me in a rude tone. I told her that I expected to get a return shipping label or authorization from the company and I should not have to pay any shipping or tracking. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor and would not give me their name. She told me I could call back and ask for one but her supervisor was too busy and they would not talk to me. In frustration I told her I was very dissatisfied with the company, I would file a complaint with how the website is set up and how an order was placed without my completing the order or pressing submit. I am an avid online shopper and have never experienced a website that was so difficult to navigate through or exit. I would have probably purchased one or possibly a couple of bottles of the garcinia, but when I kept getting screen after screen of more ads, I got so irritated, I just shut down my browser window in exasperation. I get the feeling this company purposely traps customers like this because most people won't take the time or trouble to fight back or complain. Company refuses to debit credit card after items have been returned.I am the primary card holder,[redacted]; Husband, [redacted] on 12/8/14 attempt to order sale product Total Garcinia Cambogia on line; buy 3 get 2 free. Asked for crd cd info up front. Never allowed a review/edit order. Never took him to chk out/edit order. Just kept directing to select bonus. Had never experienced such in online ordering so was completely lost and could not get out of web site. Had to just back out. Never received order confirmation of any kind. Attempt to call back, no number shown, except one, not right comp. I looked at my cd info that same night moments later. Tot chgs applied for 3 separate orders: $347.85 & should have been only $69.95. Called crd. cd. to have chgs removed, immediately, after reading complaint on your sight and looking at blogs on company site. These blogs showed no one ever receiving refunds. They also had the same problems I've experienced: No answer, just message "someone will be with you shortly" and no one ever answers. Once I noticed the $69.95 an $124.95 chgs reapplied to my cd on 1/15/15, call made to crd. cd, in turn crd cd contacted co. Co. then reapplies the $152.95 on 1/21/15. Back to square one. Co. told crd. cd. items would need to be returned before refund could be made. One pkg returned and postage paid by recipient AFTER searching internet information, for a proper phone number just happened to see a need for a "RMA" number to return with different address than shown as return address on pkg. Other two pkgs were declined at local Post Office and returned to the return address by [redacted]. I have written, signed verification of the returns as stated by the Post Mistress at this Post Office. I have no proof from co. items were received by them in the returns. Only have the tracking info. from the one I personally returned paying return postage. I've never ordered Anything on line that return postage was not paid by the sender. This is the first for me. They appear to be out to get all they can and cause even more charges on crd. cd. as I was also charged $9.99 fee for all this. I definitely would like to have the total of $347.85 removed from my crd. cd. The items are not in my possession and have been returned to the co. I also believe this is a BIG SCAM money making bogus company and do not believe they are who they say they are nor even believe the stuff they send out is the real stuff. For all I know it could be simply a bunch of sand or powdered cement. I have never heard of the company. Ordered Garcinia Cambogia on 1/3/2016. Not working for me. Called for return information and was told it was past the 30 day period of return. How can you take 2 a day for 30 days, want to return but the 30 day return has run out because first day starts on day of ordering. To the math. That doesn't make any sense. You can't take 2 capsules a day of a 60 day day supply and return within the 30 day period if it starts on day of ordering.
