My sister was a customer for several years and enjoyed the magazines she received. However, as her eyesight detoriated we decided not to renew the magazine subscription. The lady who called from the company said she would take the name off of the subscription list. That was a year ago, and our household has received
a call every 2 weeks regarding this subscription. After my sister passed away 6 months ago and I explained this to the phone solicitor I thought the calls would stop.
They have not! I have asked for a supervisor who has not stopped the calls. I was given an 800 number to call (that was a bogus phone number!)

This company fraudulently claimed to represent [redacted] in renewing subscriptions. They called me insisting that they represent the magazine, but somehow managed not to know the actual address of the real company. TMS's costs were about 4X greater than the actual [redacted] Digest. I did not agree to renew through Total Magazine Service. I did not agree to any payment, yet I received an invoice in the mail. This is definitely an unscrupulous sales practice.
