Poor customer service. They own a fradulent website called preownedindianjewellery. When I try to place an order suddenly the price went $500 up in few mins and they don't respond. Its a preowned item which costs same as new one.

The customer - [redacted] wanted a customized item, sales representative who provided the estimate to the customer was new, under training and provided an incorrect estimate to the customerWhen the management reviewed the order, we realized that the estimate provided was incorrect, we contcated the customer, provided them the correct estimate, informed them that since the new price estimate for their customized order is more than the original estimate, they have the option to cancel the orderCustomer did not want to pay more, and asked us to cancel their order, so we cancelled their order, we have not even collected any payment from the customer to even start processing their order since the order was not reviewed by our management teamNO PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED FROM THE CUSTOMER, SO NO REFUND WAS ISSUEDAs per our policies & disclaimers, we have the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors

I made a purchase online with this jewelry place and they send a damage product I tried to call them back email pictures of the damaged and they refuse to fix the problem I’m very picky with my jewelry and if I’m paying lots of money for one ring they they can’t repair even I’m willing to pay if I have on the tip of the price of the ring, so I don’t send fake reviews because purchases online with jewelry’s that you not familiar with is better to stay away and go spend your money on a real jewelry where u can see and test it so for the reason I’ll never make another purchase at this ?Totaram Jewelry?
