I received wall mirrorsOne came in brokenI called and was received with a favorable response I emailed pictures and was sent return labels and a replacement was sent with no hassles

This is a wonderful store!! My hurricane lamps were beautiful and arrived within days of ordering!! They're perfect!! Customer service in this store is superb!! This is a great store so don't let these negative reviews stop you from ordering here

Oh how I wish I would of read the complaint reviews before purchasing from this website#Touch of Class I put in an order on 02/09/with expedited delivery on their website but they couldn\'t tell me what the \"expedited\"charges were The light should have gone off at that point but I\'m always willing to give businesses a chance I didn\'t hear anything for TWO business days and of course the shipping charges were way too high so I decided to ground ship itIt\'s Saturday 02/13/and haven\'t received a shipping confirmation I called and the response was they can\'t ship it until Monday 02/15/Didn\'t sound reasonable to me so I canceled the order Monday, no sign of a cancellation notice Tuesday still haven\'t received a cancellation confirmation in my emailCalled to talk to the manager and and she tells me that I won\'t see the cancellation until Wednesday 02/17/I have dealt with websites in China, Japan and Taiwan who run their website and business way better than #Touch of Class out of Indiana

I made a purchase of sets of statues from the Touch Of Class websiteBoth items showed in stock (and still do)Order placed 8/9/and item has shipped, when I called about the other item I was advised they can not tell what was shipped, but they can escalate to the warehouseWell what are you escalating if you don't know what has shipped? I advised there must be a back orderThe representative who did not give her name began to get angry and loud saying she never said there was a backorderWell there must have been if I placed an order 8/and here it is 8/and it has not shipped...and you can not tell me what has shippedI asked to speak to a supervisor and the representative hung up the phoneI called back and spoke to other representatives (Austin & Darla)I was transferred to a customer service supervisor Sarah H*** whom I left a message with....awaiting a call back

I recently bought a set of deep pocket King size sheets. The site said they would fit 18+ inches deep. The pockets are approximately 13 inches deep. Having bought them two months ago and recently opening the package to use the sheets, I was told I could not return them since it had been too long since I bought them. I will never buy anything from this company again. When I tried to write a negative review on the company site, I was bumped off a number of times.

Review: I had a remote starter installed in a 2011 Toyata Corolla. Lately I observed that the car seem to hesitate when driving. I took it to the Advantage Toyata for a diagnostic. They informed me that the Remote starter was installed incorrectly installed directly into the main engine control unit instead of the auxiliary connectors.I informed Touch of Class. They are questioning the results and are asking me to take off during the week to bring the car instead of Saturday when they are also open. I have already paid $124 for the diagnostic and d $55 for a rental. Touch of Class is also stating that the warranty is only a factory warranty for the part. When I had the work done they told me that if their is a problem just bring it in. The warranty is lifetime.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for out of pocket expenses Total $180.00I would also like to have the remote starter installed by Advantage Toyota correctly and be reimbursed by Touch of Class.
