if he was delivering food he never stated as such and it took him 4 hours from the time the device was placed on his vehicle to call and inquire how to pay to remove it.  In addition if this was such a hostile situation I would wonder why he would not call the Police to file charges.  The vehicle owner stood with my employee for 30 minutes and talked, small talk until the payment was made, even shook hands upon the end of the contact.  The reason the [redacted] was placed on the Vehicle owners windshield was because he did not have a valid parking permit, which is required to park on this property.  There are many out of state plates in this town due to a very large military population, which has no baring on us performing the services in which we are hired to do.Refund of the deposit is not necessary due to it was never charged. It was held until the unit was returned and the rest lay in the hands of the banking institutions.

because: Kathy H[redacted] made some very serious allegations and accusation regarding the return of barnacle unit #10781. There are four witnesses regarding the allegations and accusations she made. The barnacle unit in question is 10781 and it was returned as stated above on 12-18-2017 at approx. 10:00PM. ( See attachment ). Did you not read the complaint and the details in it?  We are still waiting on the GPS tracking report for this unit for the dates December 18th 2017 through December 22nd 2017 and a refund of $100.00 for being harassed and an attempted defrauding by this company.
