Mr** and I have resolved his issue I will be sending Mr** a check for $1,which will cover his last payments on his car we both agreed this was acceptable

I wanted to make you aware that Town Audi did make good on their promise of sending a check for $The check was mailed February from their office and I received it yesterday February This was after I rejected their resolution on February because I had not received the check and the days was almost up to give you a response backI did not want the complaint automatically resolved because at that point it wasn't.I deposited the check in the bank today and have already started the process of getting a spare key madeProviding that Town Audi does not stop payment on the check they mailed me, I would like to make this case resolved

I would like to withdraw/ cancel my complaint against Town AudiAfter speaking with [redacted] @ Town Audi, It seems that my issue has been resolvedThank you very much for your help in regards to this matter

We offered to provide the key at no charge.....The key needs to be ordered and programmed to the car, so the client will need to visit Town Audi in order to accomplish thisThat is why we offered to complete the Auto Starter at the same price she was receiving elsewhere, as this could be done
together in one visitWe thought this was a good compromiseIf the client does not want to visit Town Motors because of proximity to her home, then we will be happy to send her a goodwill check in the amount of $200, so that she can accomplish this locally.....She can email me directly with whichever direction works best for her....Thank you

Our Sales Manager Mr*** has spoken with Ms***We cannot locate any paperwork or agreement to pay the additional amounts or fees Ms*** is stating that we oweTown Audi is considering this matter closed, as the salesperson and mgt at Town Audi did not agree to anything outside of the written agreement

It is Town Audi's understanding that we were just to pay the clients remaining payments as per what was written on the clients retail agreement and signed by both Town Audi Mgt and the clientWe are attempting to contact the client unsuccessfully to see if we can provide some goodwill towards the
clients over mileage penalty from her previous vehicleWe will continue to try and help...Thank You
