Town Audi

I wanted to make you aware that Town Audi did make good on their promise of sending a check for $276. The check was mailed February 21 from their office and I received  it yesterday February 23. This was after I rejected their resolution on February 19 because I had not received the check and the 10 days was almost up to give you a response back. I did not want the complaint automatically resolved because at that point it wasn't.I deposited the check in the bank today and have already started the process of getting a spare key made. Providing that Town Audi does not stop payment on the check they mailed me, I would like to make this case resolved.

I would like to withdraw/ cancel my complaint against Town Audi. After speaking with [redacted] @ Town Audi, It seems that my issue has been resolved. Thank you very much for your help in regards to this matter

Check cut and mailed to client in the amount of $590.00 on 4/1/16.....Issue resolved and closed Check made payable to [redacted] and mailed to [redacted] Thank You

I am rejecting this response because:Town Audi is not living up to their end of the agreement.  You have lost a lifelong Audi owner of bad business practices at Town Audi.
