complaint ID#[redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseWell Mr. Fred GM, 1st off you have no clue what you're speaking about- there were never any rebates involved- the car was on sale for a price, rebates had nothing to do with it- read your own [redacted] add-[redacted] the problem which you would understand if you actually read the complaint, was simply that you advertise a car for a price, then claim the car is on your lot ready for purchase, then upon arriving at your lot tell me the car is not there and you dont have any car for that price in your inventory-- which by the way- DODGE confirmed that you do in fact have the exact car in your inventory- so stop playing bait and switch [redacted]. 3rd- I did not give your salesman my name when I asked about said vehicle so you have no idea who I am, and cannot make statement otherwise. [redacted]- Stop being [redacted] and remove that car and the ad from your website, or provide the car on the dealer lot for purchase..[redacted]

The product can not be fixed. The [redacted] dealership service dept. is unable to diagnose the problem. Town and Country has not given me a proper resolution.

They are blatantly lying, I have a witness and documents so let them sue me for liable.  My defense is the truth.  That must be their standard response to complaints.  I urge buyers to stay away, especially if you are going out of your way.  Typically "get them in the showroom at any cost", especially cost to you, "then bait and switch tactic" that is standard practice in the used car industry.  Why would I drive all the way down to Long Island from new Jersey for the same price I could get in New Jersey, or for a new car for that matter --- I drove there  for a promised sale price and was  prepared to pay the price. I have the ad.  Not worth my time to upload, but I have it.  It doesn't matter because they are saying I rejected a lower price, when I was prepared to pay cash for the advertised price immediately and not drive back in 3 hr traffic I.  why would  I reject a price willing and ready to pay.  I rejected their added price of 4,900 for cash instead of finance.  BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP MAKES MONEY OFF THE LOAN [redacted] SO TAKING THEIR MONEY UPFRONT.  THEY JUST WEREN'T PREPARED FOR US TO PAY CASH  Yes we negotiated several points, cash on hand discount, or throw in the cost of tow to jersey, or a trade in, etc until they said the advertised price is firm.  THEN THEY ADDED the 4,900. Their phone woman MICHELE hounding me with constant phone calls and emails should have been my first warning and it was, but they assured me on the price, we agreed on the price, I made an appointment a week in advance but when it came time to pay then they added 4,900 FOR CASH INSTEAD OF FINANCE SWITCH!!.

The consumer stated in the complaint did bring her car here for service. She stated that another dealer told her she needed brakes on the front and the rear of her car. Her car was purchased from us and went through a certified Chrysler inspection when it had 32996 miles on it. The customer was...

concerned that she needed brakes which she did not, she had over half the pad material left on the front brakes and just under half the material left on the rear, which both passed Chrysler certification and NYS inspection requirements as well. As a good will gesture since she purchased the car from us and even though she put over 3000 miles on it we installed rear brake pads for her at no cost to her. This car was safe when brought to us and is still safe when we returned it to her, and in my professional opinion I feel somebody was just trying to sell her unnecessary work, making her claim to the Revdex.com false and unjust.Thomas H[redacted], Service Director

I had enough of this. I made my position crystal clear. I will be going to small claims court about this issue. Let me repeat my position: I made a $500 dollar deposit on a 2014 Chrysler 300. I asked [redacted] 3 times, that if I want to back out of the deal for any reason, and get my $500 dollars back, would I have any issues. [redacted] said he would give me my deposit/money back. [redacted] explained to me and my mother that we are not in the business of taking people’s deposit money; he advised me that the deposit was just to hold the car, and if for any reason I want to stop this deal he said he would return my deposit money.

Review: The dealership sold us a used 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in July, 2012. The dealership sold us a warranty from Chrysler Service Contracts for a 5 year, 60,000 term which was supposed to start the date of purchase. Instead, the contract we received was effective the original in-service date of the vehicle (8-**-2007). After 10 months of communicating with [redacted] (F&I representative at the dealership), I have received paperwork from the dealership stating that they are changing my contract to the agreed upon terms, however, as of today, 6/**/13, Chrysler service contracts has shown that no such change requests have been made by the dealership whatsoever. I would not have paid over $3,000 for a one year warranty.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the warranty updated to reflect what the dealership originally promised, or a refund for the amount charged.

Review: On 10/**/2014, my mother and I were talking to [redacted] our salesman, at the town and country Dealership in [redacted], regarding placing a $500 dollar deposit on a 2014 Chrysler 300. I asked [redacted] 3 times, that if I want to back out of the deal for any reason, and get my $500 dollars back, would I have any issues. [redacted] said he would give me my deposit/money back. [redacted] explained to me and mother that we are not in the business of taking peoples deposit money; he advised me that the deposit was just to hold the car, and if for any reason I want to stop this deal he said he would return my deposit money. After waiting 5 days for the car, I decided to cancel the deal. On 10/**/2014, I advised/texted [redacted] that I wanted the deal cancelled, [redacted] then texts me back and told me that I could not get my money back. I then went in person with my mother to talk to his [redacted]; I explained everything to him. Some of the things [redacted] said in response to me were very disturbing, he said that $500.00 was nothing; however [redacted] did try to give me another deal. I thought about it for a couple of hours, and then I returned to [redacted] and refused because I no longer trusted the company. [redacted] then said he would talk to his [redacted]s about this, and he would get back to me on Monday. However he called me back later that day on 10/**/2014 and tried again to get me a better deal. I advised [redacted] that I didn't trust him or the company any longer, and I just wanted my money back. He then told me that he will not give back my money.Desired Settlement: I want my $500.00 Deposit back.
