After review Mr [redacted] was overcharged and was told that his refund check would be issued on March 23rd Do to technical issues with the utilities a large number of refund checks had to be issued, apparently Mr [redacted] 's refund check was missed His check will be issued and put in the mail on or before May 4th.Please express our apology to Mr [redacted] .There is absolutely no excuse for me to have missed the Revdex.com emails Would it be possible add [redacted] to the email distribution? ***

I just spoke to my wife, [redacted] , and she advised of exactly what happened The salesperson who came to our home held the phone to her head, told her what to say quickly, and did not explain anything to her He coached her through the process and did not explain that the cents was indeed higher than the cents we were paying He in fact told her it was less that what we were paying and just fast talked his way through the process We did not receive the welcome packet as you say, either I thought we also cancelled, but yet we've now received another bill with Town Square Energy as the supplier again costing us an additional approximate amount of $on our billMost people would consider what the salesperson did to be fraud, it's as simple as that, and seeing this business defend it is highly unethical He should not be employed by your company if what you do is indeed an upstanding and proper business His actions do not reflect as such And again, nor does your retention person after the first call was made to Town Square

Mr*** made the same complaint to the PUCO At first it was a mystery as to why things didn't change However, the cause of the issue finally came to light The details are in the attached document. In this case an error by Mr***, submitting an account number for a
different property at the time of initial enrollment was the issue AEP's computer kept correcting the address associated with the account number, neglecting the "corrections" that were attempted.It might be argued that we should have found the error earlier, the fact of the matter is that this was the first time that the error was encountered.Since the original error was out of our control, we will not provide financial compensation We will however, work with Mr***, as needed, to resolve any issues that he may have.Pete M***Director of Operations The initial error was made by Mr***, TSEE has not done anything to warrant Mr***s comments.If more information is required or there are questions, please contact me

To Whom It May Concern: It is unclear whether Ms*** or the Revdex.com reviewed Town Square Energy’s complaint report, as her dispute was thoroughly addressed via the attachment labeled “Maria ***, TSE_Revdex.com complaint report.” Note that Town Square Energy has a plethora of different rate plans available; however, these plans change monthlyMs*** did not answer or return Town Square Energy’s follow up call (in which she requested within our initial call) therefore Town Square Energy was not able to offer Ms*** a different rate plan, other than the initially offered plan. I just spoke to my wife, [redacted], and she advised of exactly what happened.  The salesperson who came to our home held the phone to her head, told her what to say quickly, and did not explain anything to her.  He coached her through the process and did not explain that the 10.5 cents was indeed higher than the 8 cents we were paying.  He in fact told her it was less that what we were paying and just fast talked his way through the process.  We did not receive the welcome packet as you say, either.  I thought we also cancelled, but yet we've now received another bill with Town Square Energy as the supplier again costing us an additional approximate amount of $25 on our bill. Most people would consider what the salesperson did to be fraud, it's as simple as that, and seeing this business defend it is highly unethical.  He should not be employed by your company if what you do is indeed an upstanding and proper business.  His actions do not reflect as such.  And again, nor does your retention person after the first call was made to Town Square.

I have cancelled my service with this company.  There marketing tactics are not something I want any part of.

After speaking to both TSEE and AEP, I am asking for a reimbursement of only $31.10 by their calculations for my tenants residing at [redacted]. As they had no intention of ever entering into a contract with TSEE and therefore should not be penalized for an error of my own nor the misunderstandings of any other entity. In this situation, I would argue that it would be reasonable to refund the tenants $31.10 as an unsuspecting victim of a process designed to drive up business in an industry dedicated to collecting revenue. I look forward to the response from either entity demonstrating their loyalty and compassion for the end consumer or the lack there of.
