Mr. [redacted] made the same complaint to the PUCO.  At first it was a mystery as to why things didn't change.  However, the cause of the issue finally came to light.  The details are in the attached document. 
In this case an error by Mr. [redacted], submitting an account...

number for a different property at the time of initial enrollment was the issue.  AEP's computer kept correcting the address associated with the account number, neglecting the "corrections" that were attempted.It might be argued that we should have found the error earlier, the fact of the matter is that this was the first time that the error was encountered.
Since the original error was out of our control, we will not provide financial compensation.  We will however, work with Mr. [redacted], as needed, to resolve any issues that he may have.

The initial error was made by Mr. [redacted], TSEE has not done anything to warrant Mr. [redacted]s comments.

After speaking to both TSEE and AEP, I am asking for a reimbursement of only $31.10 by their calculations for my tenants residing at [redacted]. As they had no intention of ever entering into a contract with TSEE and therefore should not be penalized for an error of my own nor the misunderstandings of any other entity. In this situation, I would argue that it would be reasonable to refund the tenants $31.10 as an unsuspecting victim of a process designed to drive up business in an industry dedicated to collecting revenue. I look forward to the response from either entity demonstrating their loyalty and compassion for the end consumer or the lack there of.
