Review: Ordered a King Charles Bedskirt in Ivory on June **, 2015. Would be delivered by August *. I began calling their customer service line on August ** and continued on September *, September * and September *. I only received a voice mailbox. I provided the order number and requested the item be cancelled and that the funds they charged on 6/** be credited back to my ordering credit card. I left both my email and phone number asking that they contact me with a resolution. I also called their customer service number as if I was calling to place a new order. I only ever received a voicemail.Desired Settlement: Want full refund of $139.99 credited back to my credit card on file.

Review: I ordered almost $119.00 worth of merchandise from this company. When the package was finally sent to me, I was missing a Tea Cabin Green Plaid Pillow 16 x 16, a Tea Cabin Sham Euro Fabric Ruffled 26 x 26 and a Tea Cabin Pillow Fabric Ruffled 16 x 16. When I called their "customer service" I was never treated so badly by an employee of a company like this before. They have already received payment but would not listen to me and at this point they are not taking care of my order.Desired Settlement: The business has a responsibility to give me the items I paid for.

Review: I ordered 118.00 of product from Townhouse Linens and I have not received any product. I received just a confirmation of my payment and when I called the customer service line during business hours I was directed to a voicemail.Desired Settlement: I would like my order delivered or my money return to my credit card.

I tried calling customer service but call goes to an automated voicemail. Review: I placed an order on 3/**/15 for sheets and comforter (Giraffe Comforter and Queen sheet set) Order # [redacted] Around 4/*/15, I made several attempts to contact business at number listed on line # ###-###-#### as my order continues to be: "Awaiting Fulfillment". No one ever answers, left several messages with my return number.

( I am aware of time difference of 3 hours so I am calling during business hours)

Approx 2 weeks ago now a gentleman called my mom (Person receiving shipment) didn't return my call as I placed the order and left my phone number on their VM each time) He stated shipment was ready and would be shipped 4/*/15. I called back and did get same gentleman who confirmed this report. (initially we had said just cancel order as it has been so long and am so frustrated with their services) He refused as it was being shipped.

Today 4/**/15 I have still not received items. My shipping tracker still reads "Awaiting Fulfillment". I called again, 0930 PST, and got no answer. I advised them I am filing a complaint as they have not provided me my product that they BILLED ME FOR ON 3/**/15 FOR $138.99 ON MY VISA DEBIT.Desired Settlement: I want by money back and them to keep their "product"

Review: I ordered merchandise and I have been trying to get ahold of someone, literally anyone to cancel this entire order due to numerous negative reviews I have read about people not receiving the mercahandise but being charged. I just want the whole order cancelled so I don't have to worry about it anymore and I can order from a more reputable company. I sent 4 emails and I have left at least 6 messages while no response.Desired Settlement: Please just cancel the order and let me know that it is cancelled so I can move on without worry.Thank you

Review: I purchased one provincial blue, (navy) King size bedspread and 5 matching shams, for a total of $319.95. I received one king size bedspread and 5 shams in light powder blue. After my first email complaint to the company, they requested a picture of the product. I complied and sent a picture and have not heard from them since. I was even willing to exchange for the right color and not a refund. I have sent 3 other emails with no response. The picture, I sent, clearly showed that Townhouse Linens shipped the wrong product. I have proof on my receipt and pictures from their website, that the color I ordered, provincial blue is navy, not light powder blue. I am being totally ignored by this company. I wish I had read all the complaints against this company, before I became a victim, alsoDesired Settlement: All I want is to return the unopened product and receive a refund. The mistake was Townhouse Linens, not mine.

Review: May **, 2014: Placed order on the Townhouse Linens website ([redacted]). The order included two shower curtain liners and a bed dust ruffle.

May **, 2014: Had not received an email confirmation of my order, nor any information regarding projected ship or delivery dates. I reached out to Townhouse Linens via email [redacted]). They responded, the [redacted]e day:

"There is a slight delay on bedskirt , shoud ship within 2 weeks, shower liners on the way,thanks" [sic]

I responded by thanking them for the update and asking whether I'd receive tracking numbers, to which Townhouse Linens replied with a one-word email: "Yes."

May **, 2014: Credit card charged by Townhouse Linens for the entire order.

June **, 2014: By this date I had received the two shower curtain liners (for which I never received tracking numbers as promised) but not the bedskirt. I sent another email to the [redacted]e email address as before asking for an update on when my dust ruffle would ship, and also for a tracking number. I never received a response.

July *, 2014: Reached out to the [redacted]e email address, this time with an email detailing the entire situation, as well as my discontent with the unprofessional ordering process and a request for a refund if they had no intention of sending the dust ruffle. I concluded by saying that I was happy to take this issue up with the Revdex.com and to file a dispute over the charges with my credit card company. Received no response.

July **, 2014: Called Townhouse Linens at 8:20 am PST at their toll-free number, ###-###-####. Spoke to someone named "[redacted]" who acknowledged my emails and said that they would contact the warehouse and see when the dust ruffle was set to ship. He said I would receive an email either that day, Friday, or Monday, 7/**, with news of either a ship date or a refund.

July **, 2014: Have not received any updates or news from Townhouse Linens, nor a refund to my credit card. I have filed a dispute over the charge with my credit card company. In the meantime, I am filing this report with the Revdex.com as well. It is also interesting to note that I’ve researched this company online and found a number of consumers complaining of a very similar situation -- part of an order ships, customer is charged for the entire order, the rest of the order is supposedly delayed and never arrives, and attempts to contact Townhouse Linens go unanswered: [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund for the dust ruffle that never arrived. Perhaps an investigation into what appears to be Townhouse Linens' pattern of charging customers for items that never ship is in order as well ...

Review: I ordered a wall to wall bathroom carpet, Madison Reflections 5x8. Paid $63.98 (inc. 9.99 ship). online ad says the carpet is machine washable. instructions that came with the rug show "spot clean." Very poor quality & has an odor. Talked to [redacted] upon receipt. Can return but I need to pay shipping. Said I could have called them prior to ordering to check on quality??? They sell 3 types & I ordered the least expensive. Said he would credit me $10 shipping if I ordered the best carpet & pay shipping on that one. UPS chrg would be approx $15 to return. Called again 7/* & talked to [redacted]...gave me the same story. WORST customer service...the way they talk to customers. [redacted] said I could send him an email & he'll see what he can do. Said I could wash the rug..they only put that in the package because some ppl try to wash it in regular size washers. I don't want this rug based on deceptive online description, odor, etc. I would NOT order anything else from this firm. Have never been talked to in such a manner. Most companies go out of their to "kill you with kindness" so you become a return customer. I will send an email to the company; however, after reading several very bad reviews I don't expect a settlement I'll be happy with. I do NOT want to pay to return this carpet.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $63.98 (includes original shipping) & have the company pay for the return shipping charges.

Review: I purchased online a carpet on February *, 2016. I have not received the carpet, however the charge went through immediately in the amount of $125.99. I have emailed and called numerous times to check the status. I have received no response via email, and only get transferred to voicemail. I feel this company is fraudulent, and I want my charge refunded in full immediately. I will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office of New York with the hope that this company will be dissolved and fined for illegal activity and fraud.Desired Settlement: Refund. As I mentioned above, I will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office.
