Review: On July **, 2013 I ordered a king size comforter set, pillows, and curtains from Townhouselinens.com I understood at the time the items were on backorder until mid September 2013. Since it was not needed until September, I was ok with waiting. When the items did not ship by mid-September, I contacted Townhouselinens.com They indicated that the items were still on national back order and would ship in another 4 weeks. The items still did not arrive so I contacted them again in late October 2013. They have stopped answering my emails and I have heard nothing more from them. On July **, 2013 Townhouselinens.com charged by credit card $500 and I have not received anything for that money. I feel now that they have stolen my money and I doubt I will ever hear from them again.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the purchase price credited to my credit card account. I doubt the product is ever really going to be available.

They asked if I wanted to cancel the items and I said yes, but have not gotten confirmation of the cancellation as of this date. My credit card company has credited my account for the unreceived order.

Review: On October *, I ordered curtains from Townhouse Linens for $129.99 and the charge went through on my debit card on October *. I have not yet received the curtains and their website lists it as "Awaiting Fulfillment".

On November **, I send an e-mail to their general mailbox ([redacted]) telling them that I did not anticipate it taking over a month and asking them to tell me the status. I sent another e-mail on November ** through their website asking them to tell me when it would ship or to give me my money back. I have not received a reply to either e-mail.Desired Settlement: I expect the order to be shipped immediately. If this is not possible, then I will accept a full refund back on the debit card.

Review: Ordered Linen from Townhouse Linen on July [redacted] 2015 (Order ID # [redacted] Packing Slip [redacted] Trans. [redacted]).

Returned on July [redacted] for $92.80 refund. Called and made contact with unknown male that said they received the Linen and the refund would take a while to process. Called 8/**/15 unknown male said he was "Checking into the refund". Called 8/**/15 Voice Mailbox full, Called 8/**/15 Voice mailbox full, called [redacted] & 9/*/15 both time mail box full.Desired Settlement: Refund "I believe they are scamming me"

Review: Ordered two NY Yankees pillow shams on June **, 2015 in the amount of $65.97. Their website indicated my product would ship in 5-7 business days. It is now July [redacted], and my order is still "awaiting fulfillment". I sent a direct email to them on 6/** with no response. I also sent 3 messages to them via their website (6/**, 7/* and 7/*) with no response to any inquiry. I also tried to contact them via their 800 number on 7/**... It went straight to voice mail. My credit card has already been charged for the merchandise.Desired Settlement: The business should delivery my "new" merchandise ASAP or refund my money ASAP. This company should be prohibited from doing business.

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Townhouse Linens has been resolved.After multiple phone calls and messages with no response, I resorted to place a call for a "new order" and someone finally answered the phone. The company finally agreed to refund me my money. The refund has now been credited to my account, so the issue is resolved!!!
