Excellent customer service fair pricing very informative on hybrids

I have been going to Toyo for many years with my Toyota and I have always been treated fairly and the people and the repair work is and has been above par and at a fair market price. These are people you can trust to do the right thing. They always inspect your vehicle and advise you what might be the next repair needed in the order of priority. Then it is up to you as to when you take their advice. My Toyota has 228,000 miles on it and runs great thanks to Toyo Motors.

These guys are an absolute life saver, I took my Toyota Prius to them for a second opinion after I was told by another shop that my hybrid battery needed replacement. Turns out the other shop was wrong, it did not even need a battery at all. I am very impressed with the prompt and courteous service and have complete confidence in the work performed. My Prius runs great and I recommend them to everyone.

ToyoMotors does excellent work, the staff is friendly and the waiting area is clean and welcoming. They offer free beverages and WiFi. I even got a free rental car while my repairs were being done.

Brian and the guys did a great job again. They fixed exactly what needed to be fixed and nothing more. I feel very comfortable with their recommendations.

Great service especially since my car problems took a longer period of time to fix. Appreciated the ride to the movie theaters to kill some time. Have relied on Toyomotors for a long time and wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone.

In a recent visit I received the same outstanding service that I have been getting for 15 years! We have an older RAV 4 and a Prius and both cars just keep purring along thanks to the care and expertise of the staff at Toyomotors. Their reminders to keep up with routine maintenance are very useful and they have diagnosed and fixed the few problems we have had before the problems created driving catastrophes.

I have had issues with my 2001 Lexus IS 300 since. I had a shop in Oregon replace my throttle control unit and for the past two years it has not been working. The mechanic at Toyomotors was able to fix it to factory condition. Kudos to the team, front office and your shop staff.

Great customer service. Toyo provided me a rental car instead of spending the day there while my car was getting worked on. Jesus explains thoroughly what needs to be done now or what can be done at a later time.

This shop is awesome. I had taken my truck to another shop before Toyo and they couldn't even diagnosis the issue even when I told them what the problem most likely was. Toyo had it diagnosed quickly and the repairs were done quicker than I expected. Toyo will have my business from this day forward. :)
