The staff at ToyoMotors was outstanding and assisted in all facets of what needed to be done on the vehicle. They went above and beyond in trying to diagnose a difficult electronic issue with the vehicle. In the end, they were not able to figure it out with general diagnostics but also did not charge for the time they did spend on trying to figure out the problem!

I tried Toyo Motors for the first time a few years ago and decided after my very first experience that I would never go anywhere else again. They are very efficient, helpful, proficient, and treat my car with the utmost care. They explain everything clearly are patient in answering all my questions. Plus, the prices are very fair.

My most recent experience was exceptional as always. Several warning lights appeared at once. It was a Friday and they were all booked up but they told me to come in anyway. They wanted to make sure it was safe for me to drive my car. They checked it all out and discovered it was just a loose gas cap. There was no charge and I was quickly on my way back to work. I am very particular and know when I find a good thing. I am so grateful to the person who first referred me to ToyoMotors and I have referred several of my friends too. Thank you, ToyoMotors!

My family and I have been using Toyo for many years and have always had a positive experience. I appreciate their honesty and integrity and that gives me peace of mind to know my vehicle is safe and well cared for.

I have been going to Toyo for many years with my 1999 4Runner and I have always been treated fairly and the people and the repair work is and has been above par and at a fair market price. These are people you can trust to do the right thing. They always inspect your vehicle and advise you what might be the next repair needed in the order of priority. Then it is up to you as to when you take their advise. My Toyota has 228,000 miles on it and runs great thanks to Toyo Motors.

New to Phoenix, I was missing my reliable Mechanic in Idaho. But after some research I took our Prius to ToyoMotors. They gave me a detailed line item list of what needed fixed in order of priority. They seemed honest about what needed repaired and provided a clean, comfortable waiting room. I'll be back as long as I live in Phoenix.
