I am very sorry about the response I am confused by it though.The General Manager, KC W [redacted] , has been dealing with Mrs [redacted] and she agreed to everything we completed and I wrote in the previous remarks We even took her a loaner car and swapped vehicles to complete the work for the State inspection and emissions The only thing we didn't do was the windshield, which we are reimbursing MrsStone We have all signed documents stating it was sold AS IS Please close as satisfied

Mrs [redacted] purchased this vehicle fully knowing that it was considered a "Mechanic Special" and she was also informed that the vehicle would need to be towed as it was not in running conditionThe description online stated that the vehicle was in need of mechanical work and that it would start but not driveShe even provided an address as to what Mechanic she wanted it towed to, the tow bill was paid by the DealershipMrsCoca's husband returned to the Dealership the same night demanding we take the vehicle backWe offered to trade it in, to which he declined and he provided a different address to a different Mechanic than the one his wife providedThe Dealership in no way was misleading to this customer, as the sale was final and purchased "As-Is" (see attached)we offered to do a trade on another vehicle to which was declined

I have been in contact with Mr [redacted] and am researching the details before I finalize decision

The payoff to Mr***'s vehicle was made and shipped overnight on March 7thIt was confirmed that the payment was received at 10:am on Wednesday, March 8thThe General Sales Manager contacted Mr*** and apologized for this error and assured him we would do everything possible to ensure his
credit remained in good standingA letter was drafted and sent to Security Service Federal Credit union explaining the Dealerships fault in the slow payment and requesting that any negative notations on his credit reportTo our knowledge the customer is satisfied with our efforts in resolving this issue

Good morning Iam sorry about the delay, I was trying to resolve this with the customer first, which we have First, we had sold the car & the customer was very aware of itWe immediately offered to fix the items for the customer However, the Customer did
not bring vehicle in until this complaint was madeThey said they understood the vehicle was extremely aggressively priced, and would fix repairs on ownWe authorized to get vehicle state & emissions passed asap, but not to reimburse them for repairs spent outta our shop, because they agreed to do those things on their own.We got them to come in last week and fixed what needed to be fixed in order to pass Inspection and emissionsPlease close as satisfied.Thanks!Kirk B***

I have attached the tracking confirmation that they payoff was received and signed for by ThomasWe have no control of how quickly they apply the paymentWe have done everything we can with getting the payment to the banking instituteWe will continue to follow up on ensuring they don't report the account as being lateWe are contacting the bank to find out why the hold up on processing the payment
