Review: My husband dropped my car off before 10am on 5/27/2014 to get new front brakes.you have to wait for them to diagnose suggested services and agree to the service.By 2 pm he decided to go back to the front assuming the car was completed but they never touched the brakes.They just washed it!!!!.I had to leave work early to rent another car which cost me $89.90 to pick my children up from school.My issue is if my husband sat in their waiting area all day why didn't the service rep give him an up date with in an hour of the car being evaluated.They told me I had to come back a 6 to pick up my car.My car was in their possession for over 8 hrs.That is unacceptable!!!I spoke to Archie G[redacted] on 5/28 and expressed my issues and requested to be reimburse for the rental I paid for.He asked me to fax my receipt to him.He also asked my to change my survey which I didnt becuase I was very umhappy with quality of service we received that day.As to date I still have not received my reimbursment checkDesired Settlement: I would like to be reimburse in the amount of $89.90 for the rental car.

Review: I was sent an email by this dealership for a free state inspection if I had scheduled online. Once the inspection was over I was informed that I was charged $70.09 for emission tests. Nowhere did it say anything about emission tests or any fees associated it. The email just showed a "No Charge State Inspection". Clearly this is false advertisement and a scam which others should become aware of.Desired Settlement: I believe the business should offer a full refund of the price of $70.09.
