Thank you for forwarding this matter to my attention. I have reviewed the customer file and spoken with our General Manager [redacted]. We did indeed setup payment for the remaining payments and excess mileage. However, excess wear and tear or any other contractual obligations the customer...

has under their lease was not part of the transaction. Just specifically those two items. This was thoroughly explained to the customer. [redacted] will again reach out to this customer to discuss.Thank you, [redacted]

We stand by our initial response and deny his allegations.

I received a phone call from the General Manager (Jed H[redacted]) at Toyota of Greer....

The conversation was pleasant.He promised that the payment would go out Fedex today, that the contract amount would be paid and the bank would refund any overages to me.Regarding the interest accrued on the account the General Manager said I would not be paying interest accrued on the loan after the purchase date of 11/28.That's my best understanding of his statement.Where I stand at this point:1) I want to wait and see if indeed the payment is made as promised.2) I want to verify that I will not be paying interest during the interim period between the purchase date and the payoff date. Frankly I am skeptical about this but will be patient and give TOG a chance.Please keep this complaint open for now.

Thank you for forwarding this matter to my attention. It is my understanding that this was resolved. We needed the card number; our system and receipts do not retain the complete card number - (this is for the customer's protection) in order to process a refund. I believe there was some difficulty obtaining this from customer. Seems matter cleared up now.
